para el mantenimiento del servicio de transporte de los enfermos oncológicos del sur de Tenerife al Hospital Universitario
Nuestra Señora de Candelaria, que necesitan desplazarse para
recibir tratamiento oncológico y que se viene desarrollando
desde enero de 2014, de manera gratuita.

Esta nueva producción artística es la continuación del proceso creativo iniciado
con “Collage”, que refleja la energía y madurez creativa por la que atraviesa la
bailarina y coreógrafa Yolanda G. Sobrado. A través de la fuerza del flamenco con
todos sus ritmos y musicalidad en directo “Viento del Sur” nos acercará una vez
más al mundo que ella más ama: el flamenco.
“Viento del Sur” es posible gracias a un grupo de artistas extraordinarios en directo: Yolanda G. Sobrado , Rodrigo Alonso (bailaor) guitarra, cantaor y percusión.

“MI LUCHA” es el tercer unipersonal de ANTONIA SAN JUAN. Después de su éxito
en España, Europa y América con “Otras Mujeres” y “Las que faltaban”.
Una vez más Antonia San Juan nosmostrará en “MI LUCHA” su gran versatilidad
y facilidad para cambiar de registro. La actriz se pondrá en la piel de 15 personajes totalmente dispares. Siempre mordaz, agnóstica militante, crítica con todo
aquello que suene a superstición,machismo, imposición o intolerancia, San Juan
ha decidido que su nuevo espectáculo, que se iba a titular “Mi lucha”, ya no se
llame así, porque alude “a un imposible”, a su antigua aspiración de convencer y
cambiara algunas personas.

THE GODFATHER
El cine representa una forma muy importante de transmisión de la cultura universal. Nuestra sociedad se va formando e informando a través del cine y la televisión, películas de ficción, reportajes o documentales, que permiten otro tipo de
acercamiento al complejo mundo del ser humano. Con esta premisa el Patronato de Cultura, pretende crear un programa para la difusión cinematográfica, que
quiere fomentar el interés por el cine en general.
Para ello se pone al alcance del público en general las herramientas necesarias
para ver cine con otros ojos y desarrollar un espíritu crítico mediante el análisis, la
reflexión y el intercambio de opiniones.
Dicho proyecto se iniciara con la película “El Padrino I” en versión original subtitulada. Contando con la ayuda del colectivo “Proyecto Cine Sur”, afincado en el
Municipio de Arona.

The film represents a very important form of transmission of universal culture.
Our society is formed and reporting through film and television, feature films,
documentaries or reports, allowing another approach to the complex world of
human beings. With this premise the Board of Culture, aims to create a program
for film distribution, which wants to promote interest in the cinema in general.
To do this it makes available to the general public needed to see movies with new
eyes and develop a critical spirit by analyzing tools, reflection and exchange of
views.
This project was started with the film “The Godfather I” in original version with

La compañía de teatro Fussion presenta su nueva obra “Sacrilegio”.
La historia se desarrolla en un convento que se encuentra justo al lado de un centro
de entrenamiento de futbolistas.
Allí permanece la Madre Superiora, una mujer muy estricta con las reglas y normas
que impera en la Iglesia Católica, y que inculca en el resto de las monjas de la congregación. Sin embargo, entre sus religiosas, se encuentra Sor Jazmín y Sor Violeta,
cansadas de la vida monástica acogidas al celibato, la obediencia, la castidad y la
clausura.

The story unfolds in a convent located right next to a training center for football
players.

Pancho Delgado.
Pancho Delgado es compositor, guitarrista, arreglista y productor. Originario de Los Cristianos, atesora un amplio curriculum que abarca géneros como la música popular canaria, el pop y el bolero, en los que es reconocido
internacionalmente e, incluso, ha sido nominado a los Grammy Latino con el disco Mujeres con cajones, de Eva

la experiencia del artista con influencia insular y espíritu internacional.
•¿Se ha encontrado con dificultades para desarrollar su carrera musical por haber nacido en un territorio
insular?
Ahora mismo estoy componiendo para diferentes artistas españoles y latinoamericanos que están buscando repertorio para sus próximos discos. La composición es un no parar; no puedes perder el tren, y para eso hay que
tener disciplina y ponerse todos los días a crear.
Como instrumentista, siempre ando con varios frentes abiertos, Olga Cerpa y Mestisay, Jose Manuel Ramos y
como no, Alma de Bolero. Con Olga Cerpa, estamos haciendo dos o tres giras anuales de un mes de duración por
América. El pasado mes de noviembre, estuvimos en New York y Puerto Rico; el próximo mes de abril nos iremos
a Argentina a hacer una gira por todo el país. Al regreso, seguiremos con conciertos por territorio español y haremos las maletas de nuevo en octubre, rumbo a EEUU... Imagínate.
•¿Cuál sería el culmen de su carrera?
Sinceramente, uno nunca se plantea grandes metas, porque es cuando vienen los grandes fracasos. Yo prefiero
ponerme pequeños objetivos a corto plazo e ir afinando y mejorando en el proceso; soy de los que cree que la
felicidad no está en el objetivo, en el final, sino en el camino.
SUMARIO: Alma de Bolero celebra su XV aniversario con actuaciones en los barrios de Arona, una gira peninsular
y un concierto en el paseo marítimo de Los Cristianos.
Como instrumentista, uno de los grandes problemas con los que me encuentro es ese, la insularidad. Como solución a esto, estoy pasando temporadas fuera, de gira, tanto en terreno peninsular como en América. Por otra
parte, como compositor, gracias a internet, las canciones llegan a su destinatario con un sólo clic.
•Canarias siempre ha celebrado la influencia cultural recibida de tres continentes. ¿Cómo se refleja en su
trabajo?
Uno es lo que escucha, lo que ve, lo que come, las calles por las que camina, lo que respira... Inevitablemente,
soy una amalgama de sonidos atlánticos que se reflejan cuando toco, cuando compongo. Empezar a trabajar con
Olga Cerpa y Mestisay me ayudó a ordenador toda esa información que tenía y a darle salida a un estilo de hacer
las cosas, de completar el espacio sonoro. Como compositor, he centrado mi trabajo en América Latina, debido
a las características tan similares que tenemos con ellos: sobre todo el lenguaje y su música. Me siento cómodo
escribiendo para artistas de allí.
•¿Cuál es la melodía que le habría gustado componer?
Sin ninguna duda, Penny Lane, de The Beatles. Marcaron una etapa preciosa de mi vida; dejaba el colegio y entraba al instituto. MI padre, un gran coleccionista de discos, me regaló dos CD de The Beatles. Estuve al borde de la
obsesión con esas sonoridades del pop británico. También me hubiese gustado componer “Esta tarde vi llover”,
una de las obras maestras de Armando Manzanero; resume en poquísimos versos la tristeza de la pérdida del ser
querido, de una manera magistral.

Pancho Delgado.
Pancho Delgado is a composer, guitarist, music arranger and producer. Born and raised in Los Cristianos, he has a
wide curriculum full of different music genres: traditional Canary music, pop and bolero. He’s globally recognized
for his talent and he was nominated for a Latin Grammy award for his album Mujeres con cajones, by Eva Ayllón,
Albita Rodríguez and Olga Cerpa, recorded live at the Miami Dade County Auditorium. Delgado tell us about the
experience of the artist with insular influence and international spirit.
•Have you found many difficulties to develop your musical career because of being born in an insular territory?
Right now I am composing for different Spanish and Latin American artists that are looking for repertoire for their
new albums. Composition doesn’t stop, you can’t lose the train, and you have to be disciplined and create daily.
As an instrumentalist, I always have several projects, Olga Cerpa and Mestisay, José Manuel Ramos and, of course,
Alma de Bolero. With Olga Cerpa, we’re doing two or three tours per year for a month in America. In November,
we were in New York and Puerto Rico; in April we are going to go on tour in Argentina. When we come back, we
are going to continue giving concerts in Spain and after we finish we have planned to go to USA… It’s a nonstop.
•What would be the high point of your career?
Sincerely, I don’t have great goals, because if I did the failure would arrive to my life. I prefer to have short-term
objectives and to improve my skills during the process; I think happiness doesn’t lie in the objective, but in the
path to it.
SUMMARY: Alma de Bolero celebrates its fifteenth anniversary with performances in Arona’s neighbourhoods, an
Iberian Peninsula tour and a concert in the promenade of Los Cristianos.
As an instrumentalist, one of the biggest issues is the insularity. I solve this problem being abroad from time to
time, on tour. I am in the Iberian Peninsula or in America. In the other hand, as a composer, thanks to the Internet,
the songs arrive to their destiny in a single click.
•The Canary Islands have always celebrated the cultural influence received from three continents. How is that
reflected in your work?
A man is what he listens, what he sees, what he eats, the streets he walks, what he breaths… Inevitably, I am an
amalgam of Atlantic sounds which are reflected when I play my music, when I compose. Beginning to work with
Olga Cerpa and Mestisay helped me to organize all the information I had and it also helped me to create a new
way to do things, to complete the sonorous space. As a composer, I’ve focused my work in Latin America, because
of the similarities we have with them: principally, the language and their music. I feel comfortable composing for
Latin American artists.
•What melody would you have wanted to compose?
Undoubtedly, Penny Lane, from The Beatles. They marked a beautiful epoch in my life; I finished Elementary
School and I was beginning High School. My father, a great album collector, gave me two CD’s from The Beatles.
I was on the brink of the obsession with those British pop sonorities. I would have liked to compose “Esta tarde
vi llover” too, one of the masterpieces of Armando Manzanero; it resumes in a few verses the sadness caused by
the loss of a beloved one in a wonderful way.
