These laws have a negative impact on the replacement rate, the amount of the pensions and the coverage of the pension system. We believe that the SPP has opportunities for further improvements and we are convinced that the proposals for improvement must be regarded as a whole, with the main objective of increasing coverage and improving pensions. Although the 2012 reform was right in fields such as investments, it failed in other such as the increase in coverage. We consider that to give sustainability to the SPP, it is necessary to set up a commission of national and international experts representing the affiliates, the government, the Congress and the private sector, to evaluate and propose alternatives with a technical approach to increase the coverage and improve pensions. From AFP Integra and SURA Asset Management, our shareholder, we will contribute to achieve this objective. With this in mind, in 2015 we published the book "Cómo fortalecer los sistemas de pensiones latinoamericanos" (Strengthening Latin American pension systems). This study was entrusted to independent and renowned researchers in Colombia, Chile, Mexico and Peru, and will undoubtedly serve as a source to build a more sustainable pension system. Regarding the Company's management, fiscal year 2015 focused on the client. In this context, the strategy of the Corporation was to provide more information and to improve the advisory to our clients and to the market in general. One of the outstanding initiatives was the activation of a project to approach the administrative personnel to customer service and commercial advisory. Additionally, multi-area teams were organized to review, evaluate and propose improvements for the Company's main products, services and processes. Consequently, a team of Preferential Service Advisors was organized, the AFP Integra mobile application was launched and three savings solutions were created to promote the voluntary contribution of self-employed workers, among other initiatives. With regard to the return obtained on funds under management, it is important to give a special mention to the beneficial effect of investment diversification for our affiliates. In a year when the IGBVL dropped -33.1%, the country risk increased 68 basis points, the national currency depreciated in 14%, inflation was outside the BCR base range, and the profitability of funds under management was positive, amounting to 6.26%, 5.29%, and 1.83% for funds 1, 2, and 3 respectively. Regarding the financial situation of the company, AFP Integra generated a Net Profit of S/178.8 million, 5.06% over the last fiscal year's profit. This is due to the appropriate management of the company's income and expenses, which results in an additional benefit for our shareholders and workers. Additionally, and to continue strengthening AFP Integra internal control culture, during 2015 both the Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX) and the SAP system were implemented. In the field of corporate governance, and the continual effort to improve and consolidate our position within the group of companies with the best practices in corporate governance in the country, the developments made within the Company took us to be acknowledged (i) for the fifth consecutive year by Lima Stock Exchange (BVL), among the companies in the Good Corporate Governance P—14 DURING 2015, THE PROFITABILITY OF FUNDS UNDER MANAGEMENT WAS POSITIVE, AMOUNTING TO: + 6.26% OF PROFITABILITY FOR FUND 1 + 5.29% OF PROFITABILITY FOR FUND 2 + 1.83% OF PROFITABILITY FOR FUND 3 Yearly nominal profitability. Index; (ii) as the Top Mover company —as the company with greater improvements in corporate governance matters— in the Second Annual Survey in Good Corporate Governance Practices - La Voz del Mercado 2015 (joint effort of BVL and E&Y); (iii) within the MERCO Business Reputation 2015 Ranking, in the 8th position in the Ranking of the 100 leading companies in Social Responsibility and Corporate Governance; and (iv) with the first prize as leading institution on Good Corporate Governance by ALAS20 – Agency of Sustainable Leaders 2020. Corporate Responsibility is one of our business performance criteria, contributing to the sustainable development of the country through programs in favor of education, the environment and the community. In 2015, we started our first "Works for Taxes" project together with the Municipality of Sullana, and we took part in the expansion and modernization of Fe y Alegría No. 18 School. In addition, through the Responsible Investment Program - PIR that considers integrating the ESG Variables (Environment, Social and Government) in investment policies, we promoted implementing P—15 the best practices of responsible investment with events carried out with different national and foreign allies. Finally, we would like to mention and express our special gratitude for the effort made by all the workers of AFP Integra to achieve the established objectives and goals for the benefit of our affiliates, shareholders and other stakeholders. Without the commitment, effort and dedication of all our workers, these results would not have been possible. MARÍA JESÚS HUME Chairman of the Board of Directors CONTENIDO CONTENT + CERCA CLOSER MEMORIA ANUAL ANNUAL REPORT 2015 Year 2015 was again specially challenging for AFP Integra, due to the ongoing debate and public scrutiny in which not only the Private Pension Funds Management System (SPP) but also the Pension System as a whole has been involved. In this context, the Congress of the Republic has been discussing a number of initiatives that jeopardize the sustainability of the Pension System, and menaces to eliminate, in the medium-term, pensions in Peru. The most important of them is the recent approval of a law which allows affiliates to withdraw 95.5% of their accumulated funds when they are 65 years old, and use 25% of the accumulated funds as a guarantee for mortgage. A rule that, in our opinion, has been responsibly observed by the Executive. During 2015, uncertainty and growth expectations have led the market. On the one hand, developed countries such as the United States, the countries in the Eurozone and Japan did not meet growth expectations. In addition, an important number of emerging countries showed an increasingly negative trend, which is reflected in an industrial slowdown, while the prices of commodities fell back significantly. The smaller growth expectations contributed again to decrease the inflationary expectations globally. The main emerging currencies have depreciated significantly as a result of the strength of the US dollar, as well as to idiosyncratic and political factors. Such is the case of the Brazilian real (-32.95%), the Russian ruble (-20.30%), the Turkish lira (-19.96%) and the South African rand (-25.20%). In the Latin American region, there has been a similar behavior with the Chilean peso (-14.32%), the Colombian peso (-25.15%), the Mexican peso (-14.27%) and the Peruvian sol (-12.73%). The uncertainty about the growth of the different regions and the measures to be taken by the central banks affected the yields of the main developed Stock Markets, where the Japan's Nikkei index showed a yield of 8.03%, while the US S&P 500 and the Eurozone indexes showed a negative yield of -0.73% and -3.31%, respectively. The smaller expectations about the yield of assets in emerging markets were reflected in a significant fall of flows towards these markets, both in the fixed income as well as the variable income markets. These flows, in turn, moved towards developed markets, which offered better expectations of development. In this context, the main developed economies had a divergent monetary policy. On the one hand, in December the US raised the monetary policy in 0.25% for the first time in nine years, an event expected by the market all along 2015. On the other hand, in an attempt to ease inflationary expectations, Japan and the Eurozone continued their monetary relaxation program. That and the depreciation of several commodities have strengthened the US dollar against emerging currencies and currencies such as the Euro (-10.22%). Additionally, the price of crude oil has dropped sharply for the second consecutive year in view of an increase in the oil supply. It has contributed to ease inflationary expectations worldwide even more, due to the importance of oil as an input. The impact on the growth of the economies is still uncertain, as it is necessary to evaluate the level of oil prices in the long run. Peruvian financial assets were not alien to the behavior of other emerging markets; on the contrary, the effect in Peru was magnified by our inherent exposure to the prices of commodities, which are adversely affected by prices of the US dollar and the lower economic expectations in China. During the course of 2015, the price of gold fell by 10.41%, copper dropped by 25.12% and silver by 11.86%. As a result, the Lima Stock Exchange fell in 27.33% (in terms of the local currency), and the sol depreciated in 12.73%. It is important to point out that, in spite of the negative yield of the Peruvian stock exchange, the three pension funds in AFP Integra had positive nominal yields (6.26%, 5.29% and 1.83% for funds type 1, 2 and 3, respectively, using average quotas), as a result of diversification and a cautious management of risk during the year, as shown below: On the side of fixed income, assets denominated in local currency have shown a negative performance due to a drop in the value of local currencies, in a scenario where the US dollar has strengthened, as noted before, and to the increased risk aversion to emerging economies, especially those related to China and to oil. In 2015, the Peruvian economy was not immune to the negative effects of external factors: fall in the prices of commodities, low growth of commercial partners, outflow of foreign capitals and currency depreciation. Additionally, the weakness of exports and private investment produced a steady fall in the GDP growth projections. Currently the Central Bank of Reserve of Peru (BCRP) expects the Peruvian GDP to grow in 2.9% during 2015; however, growth is higher compared to the 2.4% in 2014. This driving force of growth of the following years is expected to be the beginning of the production of great mining projects. BCRP's Board increased the reference interest rate, which started 2015 in 3.50% and ended it in 3.75%, trying to slow down inflation that for the second consecutive year it closed above the target range of the Central Bank. In the international context, the slowdown in China was basically due to the weakness in the industrial sector and in the primary and secondary sectors. On the other hand, there is less dynamism in the manufacturing activity and a moderate growth in the services sector. This slowdown signals are accompanied by larger deflationary pressures. However, in the central meeting of the Communist Party in October, where the 2016-20 quinquennial policy guidelines were determined, the reforms to drive the new growth pattern were ratified. These imply less net exports and more consumption. Additionally, and at the same time, the Government announced that more policy measure would be introduced to boost growth in the short term. The US has given signs of economic recovery, in line with the improvement of the labor market, and greater dynamism in consumption. In December, the interest rate increased in 25 basic points, after remaining steady for seven years. It is estimated that the FED would increase the rate gradually and slowly along 2016. With regard to the Eurozone, economic recovery is moderate as a result of the boost of the internal demand and an expansive monetary policy. In addition, an improvement in private consumption driven by the low prices of commodities was observed. Germany continued leading the growth. Regarding the stock market, IGBVL closed with a fall of -33.1%, while the ISBVL accumulated a fall of -35.9%. This performance was the result of the impact of an adverse international scenario, which caused the fall of the price of commodities such as oil (-30.5% YoY) and metals such as gold (-11.4% YoY), silver (-12% YoY) and copper (26.04% YoY). The sectors related to these commodities recorded and outflow of capitals, which appreciated the dollar. Regarding currency exchange, and in line with the global trend, along the year the dollar appreciated regarding the Peruvian sol. The Peruvian currency closed 2015 in 3.4140, depreciating in 14.2% compared to the end of 2014.
