School Activities or Events. Without completing this document,
adults may not supervise, work or interact with minors. You may
obtain a copy of the Guidelines for Adults by visiting the Parish
Office or by going to the Parish Website and clicking on Safeguard the Children link. Further, adults are permitted to interact
alone with minor/minors only after complying with Archdiocesan
policies regarding fingerprinting and safe environment training.
They may work with minors only as part of a team if they have not
met those requirements. Dates, Times and Locations of training
can be located on the Parish Website under the Safeguard the Children link. Fingerprinting occurs once while the safe environment
training must be completed every four years.

Collection. This collection supports six Catholics agencies that
touch more than 100 million lives around the world. The funds
from this collection help provide food to the hungry, support to

The Grief Recovery Method Grief Support Group
This is an action program from moving beyond death, divorce,
and other losses. It is structured and involves reading and writing assignments.
People say you have to let go and move on with your life, but
they don’t tell you what you need to do to accomplish it.
The Grief Recovery Method Grief Support Group not only
makes that possible, but it provides partnerships and guidance
to ensure that it happens.
This is an accelerated, 7-week format. Weekly attendance is
mandatory.

Muchas naciones latinoamericanas son beneficiadas por organizaciones caritativas extranjeras. Pero estas organizaciones no siempre pueden suplir las necesidades de los pueblos latinoamericanos, por eso los
obispos de Chile buscaron la manera de motivar a su pueblo para que
ayude a sus propios desafortunados. En 1982 los obispos chilenos
crearon una nueva practica cuaresmal llamada la Campaña de Fraternidad. Esta Campaña se motiva en las observancias penitenciales de la
oración, el ayuno y la caridad.
Esta práctica de la Iglesia chilena se basa en la tradición cristiana
de las obras de caridad y la acción social. La Campaña de Fraternidad
también se funda en la espiritualidad cristiana de la hermandad. Los
que tienen la manera de ayudar han compartido a través de los proyectos de esta obra con jóvenes en riesgo social, madres solteras, ancianos, prisioneros y otros grupos marginados. Esto se hace en un espíritu
de mutualidad entre los hijos e hijas del creador.
