El nuevo Kudu de Muela inicia la African Safari Series que incluirá
diferentes modelos dedicados a las principales especies de caza del
Continente Negro, siendo el emblemático Gran Kudu el elegido para iniciar
esta impresionante y sugestiva colección.
El Muela Kudu evoca la majestuosidad, elegancia y fuerza de este espléndido
animal. Es un cuchillo asimismo fuerte y atractivo, cuya hoja se ha forjado
en el excepcional acero Sandvik 14C28N para ofrecer la máxima garantía de
calidad, siendo completado con la riqueza de maderas como el granadillo o la
asteropeia de Madagascar en sus cachas y virolas.
Además, el nuevo Kudu cuenta con la personalidad aportada por los
diferentes grabados realizados con láser en maderas y metal que realzan
su atractivo y hasta demuestran su exclusividad. Sólo se fabricarán 1.000
ejemplares (disponibles en la primavera de 2012) para ser distribuidos entre
los más de 60 países en los que las realizaciones de Manufacturas Muelas
están hoy presentes.
El cuchillo se acompaña de una funda realizada en piel de primera calidad, a
la vez que otro rasgo de exclusiva personalidad se encuentra en la pieza de
auténtica piel de antílope africano utilizada en su elaboración.
Cada Kudu incluirá el correspondiente estuche de presentación y un
pequeño folleto conteniendo una semblanza de este gran antílope codiciado
por cazadores de todo el mundo, de cómo fue fabricado cada cuchillo y el
certificado que confirma su origen y número de serie.
El Kudu rinde homenaje a la caza en uno de los principales destinos que para
ella existen: África, y en él se mezclan la más moderna tecnología y un diseño
depurado, atractivo y funcional, en el que sigue siendo protagonista la mejor
tradición artesana de Muela, hoy apreciada y reconocida en todo el mundo.

The new Kudu from Muela is the first knife of the African Safari Series , which is going to include
different models dedicated to the principal species of big game on the Black Continent. The
emblematic Grand Kudu has been chosen to start this impressive, seductive collection.
The Muela Kudu evokes the majesty, elegance and strength of this splendid animal. It is a strong and
attractive knife. The blade is forged in the exceptional Sandvik 14C28N steel, offering the maximum
guarantee of quality. It is completed by noble woods like the
granadillo and the asteropeia from Madagascar on its grips and ferrules.
A further advantage is that the new Kudu has its personality enhanced by the different engravings
made by laser on its woods and metal. They make it more attractive, and are a mark of its
exclusiveness. Just 1,000 examples are going to be manufactured (available as from the spring
of 2012) and they will be distributed over the more than 60 countries where the creations of

The knife comes in a sheath made of highest quality leather; another feature of its exclusive
personality is the African antelope hide used to make it.
Each Kudu knife will come in its own case with a small pamphlet offering a copy of this great antelope,
so sought after by hunters worldwide. The pamphlet explains how the knife was manufactured and
has a certificate that confirms its origin and series number.
The Kudu evokes game hunting in Africa, one of the principal hunting destinations. It is a knife which
combines the most modern technology with its sleek, alluring and practical design, and added to all
this are the best artisanal traditions of Muela, today recognized and appreciated all over the world.
