Breakfast includes pancakes, sausage, coffee/tea/OJ. Also a 50/50 raffle. _________________________________________________________________________________________________ MASS BOOK - 2017 The 2017 Mass Book will open on Saturday, September 24 at 8:30 am in the Church Hall. Forms for Mass Intentions can be found in the vestibule. Mass Book will continue to be open the week of Sept. 26. ________________________________________________________________________________________________ BINGO Cash Bingo will begin on Friday, Sept. 30 at the OLC Church Hall and continue on every Friday. Doors open at 5:30PM and early bird special at 6:45 pm. Admission is $12. _____________________________________________________________________________________ SPAGHETTI SUPPER Spaghetti Supper will be held on Thursday, October 20 in the Church Hall. Dinner will be served from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children. Tickets can be bought at the Rectory beginning in October. Tickets will also be sold after all the masses the weekends of Oct. 8/9 and Oct. 15/16. Meatballs will be made on Tuesday, Oct. 18 after 8AM Mass, in the Church Hall. We will be looking for baked goods as we get closer to the Supper. ________________________________________________________________________________________________ BLESSING OF THE ANIMALS Its time for Meow Meow, Oink, Oink, Bow Wow and whatever other furry (or not) pets you may have to come and be blessed , in honor of St. Francis of Assisi . So bring your extended family on Saturday, October 1 from 12N to 1PM in the OLC Schoolyard (back of Rectory). Make sure they are leashed or in carriers. Father will be there with his holy water!! And St. Francis will smile from above. _______________________________________________________________________________________ BUS TRIP - VISIT SHRINES/HOLY DOORS The Parish is running a bus trip on Saturday, October 8 to visit the shrines of St.Katherine Drexel, St. Peter (St.John Neumann) and St. Rita of Cascia. The Year of Mercy is coming to a close and this is an opportunity to go thru the Holy Doors open at these shrines. Cost is $25 for the bus and lunch can be bought at St.Peter. Bus will leave at 9:30 am - Princeton/Tulip Sts and return by 5:30 pm. If interested, contact the Rectory or call Toni Benincasa at 215-338-2449. _______________________________________________________________________________ PREP/RCIA PROGRAMS PREP - is in Session. Sundays at 9:30 am in OLC School building, 4816 Princeton Ave. Still time to register. Registration forms are in vestibule, at Rectory or on website. Fee is $50 per child. TEEN CLASSES - For those teenagers studying for their sacraments, who fall in between PREP & RCIA, classes will be available on Thursday evenings - beginning September meeting once or twice a month. Please call Rebecca at above phone number. RCIA - Mondays at 7PM in the Rectory. Anyone interested in becoming Catholic, or who needs other sacraments such as First Communion and/or Confirmation are encouraged to come. There is no fee, just your commitment and desire.
