This is a charming, comfortable and very bright
apartment recently refurbished to a high quality
standard. It comes with a huge and secluded private roof
top terrace which offer the perfect place to stay, relax,
read, dining and also sunbathing...
The Diletta apartment is also provided with private, reserved and covered car parking spot,. there is an elevator from the
garage to the apartment and also to the terrace. The apartment is air conditioned and provided with wifi and iPod dock
station, washing machine and dishwasher. I find it very well furnished and decorated with a warm, elegant taste.
About COMPOSITION:
Entrance, Living Room with dining table and sitting area, separate fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom (with a
queen sized bed) , a twin bedroom (with two single beds), a bathroom with a tub and a separate walk-in enclosure. The
day area, both living room and kitchen, is open onto two small balconies.. they give a lot of natural light.
Upstairs, from a rewinding (spiral) staircase, you find a small laundry room with washing machine and the terrace. That's
a Terrace! Probably larger than the apartment itself. It is very private, nobody can see you up there and you can sunbath in
a total peace… there is also a shower on the terrace. You can get to the terrace also by the elevator (the spiral staircase is
not the only access to it)
About LOCATION
Diletta joins a truly great location. Only 250 metres away from Lucca's Walls at Borgo Giannotti, one of the most
exclusive residential area. Locals consider Borgo Giannotti even better than the historic centre itself. Here you find nice
stores, very good grocery stores, caf?and excellent pastries and bakery... and you are really A FEW steps from the antique
churches, squares, towers and the city's walls. You are also close to the River Park and the bridge over the River Serchio
where you will find vegetable and fruit market every saturday morning and some other nice open markets, monthly
scheduled.
I have lived in this same building and I am ready to personally assure it that You all find it Perfect!!

. Utilities - 30 euros pw
. City Tax (CT) is € 4,5 per person > 14 y.o. (per stay not per day)
. The Weekly Rate (€ 950 Plus CT) includes the rent of the property, utilities, wifi and agency's commission. Heating
during the cold season (1 Nov-15 Apr is extra price and calculated a forfait in 50 euros a week).
