The fully automatic service station FD-TSD450EF for automatic
transmissions changes the entire oil content in open and closed systems in
less than 5 minutes. The patented sensor technology, approved by vehicle
OEM manufacturers, monitors and permanently ensures the oil exchange.
The integrated flushing package guarantees optimal and safe flushing of
all oil-soluble contaminants from the automatic transmission.

Testpapier um 90° aufklappen und einen betriebswarmen (frischen) Tropfen ATF auftragen.
DE ATF-Zugang über Messstab oder ATF-Kühlleitung. Nach 5 Min. Reaktionszeit Testpapier mit
Referenzbildern vergleichen um Verschmutzung, Abriebe und Wasser-/Glykolgehalt zu bestimmen.
Verschmutzung/Abriebe: Bei starker Verschmutzung (braun bis schwarz) vor ATF-Wechsel Reiniger
«LUB-95001» anwenden. Farben können je nach ATF-Typ und Alter etwas abweichen.
Wasser/Glykol: Testpapier gegen das Licht halten: Enthält das Öl Wasser/Glykol bildet sich um den
inneren Kreis einen weissen/gelblichen (Wasser) oder einen gelblichen/grünen (Glykol) Ring. Breite des
Ringes mit Referenzbildern vergleichen um Prozentgehalt zu bestimmen.

Fold open paper by 90° and apply a (fresh) drop of ATF at operating temperature. Access
GB ATF via the dipstick or ATF cooling line. After 5 min. reaction time, compare test paper with
reference images to determine pollution, abrasion and water/glycol content.
Contamination/abrasion: In case of severe contamination (between brown and black), use «LUB95001» detergent before changing ATF. Colours can vary slightly depending on ATF type and age.
Water/glycol: Hold test paper against the light: If the oil contains water/glycol, a white/yellowish
(water) or yellow/greenish (glycol) ring forms around the inner circle. Compare the width of the ring
with the reference image to determine the percentage.

Encrassement/abrasion: En cas de fort encrassement (marron à noir), utiliser le détergent «LUB-95001»
avant de remplacer l’ATF. Les teintes peuvent varier légèrement en fonction du type d’ATF et de l’âge.
Eau/glycol: Tenir le papier indicateur contre la lumière : Si l’huile contient de l’eau/du glycol, il se
forme autour du cercle intérieur un anneau blanc/jaunâtre (eau) ou jaunâtre/vert (glycol). Comparer la
largeur de l’anneau avec les photos de référence pour déterminer la teneur en pourcentage.

Impurità/materiale asportato per attrito: In caso grande quantità di impurità (colore da marrone a nero), prima di cambiare l’ATF utilizzare il detergente «LUB-95001». I colori possono essere
leggermente diversi a seconda del tipo di ATF e dell’età.
Acqua/glicole: Tenere la cartina indicatrice controluce: se l’olio contiene acqua/glicole, intorno al
cerchio interno compare un anello bianco/giallognolo (acqua) o giallognolo/verde (glicole). Confrontare la larghezza dell’anello con le figure di riferimento per determinare la percentuale.

TSD 650 DUAL - Service Concept
The TSD650DUAL Automatic Transmission Service Station from FloDynamics is the only fully automatic transmission service station with 2
fresh oil tanks. The OE-approved sensor technology guarantees a clean,
simple and quick service. With this device, 2 different ATFs can be
processed simultaneously without the oil in the station having to be
replaced. E.g. ATF in one tank and dual-clutch oil (DCTF, DSG) in the other
tank.
