Called to be a Missionary?
St. Arnold Janssen, was a diocesan priest in Germany who
decided to devote his life to awakening the Church in his
country to its missionary responsibility for the Universal
Church.
He founded three Religious Communities

foremost where the gospel has not been preached at all, or only

“New Parish Center” Update
Due to some last minute changes and code requirements
by both the City and State, delays became unavoidable. To
date, we have received all approvals except for some city of
Escondido issues that we have been told will be settled and
approved shortly . Once final approvals has been given, a
Construction Permit will be issued by the City of Escondido, allowing us to begin construction. We are expecting
to receive the permit in the next two to three weeks. The
construction contract for the five million dollar project has
been signed with general contractor “Zigmen/Shields” of
San Diego. The Building should be ready for use in approximately one year. I will give you further updates as we
progress.

2015 Diocesan Revival
The Diocesan Revival will be held on February 2, 3
and 4 atSt. Rita’s Catholic Church at 7:00pm each
evening. Reverend Anthony Bozemann will be the
preacher. The Revival is sponsored by the Diocesan
Commision for African American Catholics. There
is on charge and all are welcome to attend.

Estos retiros serán validos si tiene otros niños en el
proceso de Comunió o bautismo los Martes, Miércoles,
Viernes o Sabados.
