30 días netos. TravelMaps paga un 15% de
comisión a agencias de publicidad reconocidas una
vez la agencia realice todas las funciones regulares de
una agencia, incluyendo proveer anuncios digitales
listos para la prensa y aceptar responsabilidad de
pago por localización de anuncios. Todas las tarifas
son en bruto, antes de la comisión de la agencia.
TravelMaps tiene derecho a cargos de financiamiento
y a cargos razonables de abogado y de cobros en
cuentas atrasadas. Órdenes de publicidad verbales y
por escrito están sujetas a estos términos y
condiciones.
Toda publicidad y posicionamiento está sujeto a la
aprobación de TravelMaps. TravelMaps se reserva el
derecho de rechazar o cancelar cualquier publicidad.
TravelMaps no es responsable por nombres, marcas
registradas ni otros derechos de terceras partes que
se puedan ver afectados. Anunciantes indemnizarán a
TravelMaps y sus empleados y agentes contra
responsabilidad y pérdidas o gastos como resultado
de reclamaciones o demandas basadas en
posicionamiento o contenido de publicidad.
Anuncios Exclusivos y de Posición Preferida son
no-cancelables por el anunciante. Anuncios de
Posición Preferida conllevan un cargo adicional de
20% sobre la tarifa regular del anuncio.

Terms and Conditions
Net 30 days. TravelMaps pays a 15%
commission to recognized advertising
agencies after the agency performs all regular
agency functions, including furnishing
press-ready digital ads and accepting
payment responsibility for ad placements. All
rates are gross, before agency commission.
TravelMaps is entitled to finance charges and
reasonable attorney and collection fees on
past due accounts. Verbal and written orders
for advertising are subject to these terms and
conditions.
All advertising and positioning is subject to
TravelMaps’ approval. TravelMaps reserves
the right to reject or cancel any advertising.
TravelMaps is not responsible for names,
trademarks and other rights of third parties
that may be affected. Advertisers indemnify
TravelMaps and its employees and agents
against liability and loss or expense as a
result of claims or suits based on advertising
position or content.
Exclusive and Preferred Position ads are
non-cancelable by the advertiser. Preferred
Position ads are surcharged 20% of the
regular ad rate.
