Our libraries are very close to needs and interests of their neighborhoods
and celebrate their cultural and civic life

goverment offices and other public services (some of them
specifically focused on children, elderly, women, etc.)
Public library is the most tranverse of them
This proximity to each other generates synergy and stimulates
further public activity

neighborhood
