Servicio Lector 31 ■ TRATAMIENTOS TERMICOS. Sc, Prof., O.P. Cheiliakh, PhD, Y.A. Cheiliakh, N.E. Karavaieva, PhD, Ass. Prof., M. Ryabikina Priazovskyi State Technical University, Mariupol, Ukraine The hardness of the tempering temperature of the plasma may be approximated by: explained by obtaining the most dispersed mixture of martensite hardening, cementite with a high content of metastable Ares. Developing γres➝α DMTW itself was accompanied with additional hardening of a thin surface layer in the process of wear, as formed by the test deformation martensite has a higher dispersion and hardness than martensite quenching. An additional and very significant contribution to the improvement of wear resistance gives γres➝α´ DMTW that provides the effect of strain hardening of the surface layer itself. Note that DMTW accompanied microstressing relaxation [2] and is an effective mechanism for redistribution and absorption of input mechanical energy of friction and wear [3-5]. HRA= -3,2857t2+17,514t+56 with a high correlation coefficient R2 ≈0,9. Thus, the plasma treatment of carburized steel 18CrMnTi, depending on the heat input and a heating temperature can significantly change the microstructure of the saturated layer, which achieves a superior dispersibility, with different numbers increased content Ares. According to [2] different number of Ares and its structure determining the degree of dispersion stability and its deformation ability to deformation res ´ martensite transformation in wear (DMTW), which significantly affects the performance characteristics.
