Eligibility Requirements:






Self identify as African American, American
Indian/Alaska Native, Asian American or
Pacific Islander, or Hispanic /
Latino American
Be a U.S. citizen, legal
permanent resident or an eligible
non-citizen
Have a minimum cumulative GPA
of 3.3 on an unweighted 4.0 scale
or have earned a GED
Plan to enroll in a U.S. accredited
college or university as a full-time,
degree-seeking student in the
upcoming academic year
Have demonstrated leadership
abilities through participation in
community service, extracurricular or
other activities
Must meet the Federal Pell Grant eligibility
criteria
