Production is achieved by means of a high-speed
milling electro-spindle.
Axis drives are controlled by Brushless motors which
allow very fast movements.
The machine is equipped with: a pneumatic feeder
for the automatic loading of pads to be processed, a
milling tool magazine (which stores up to 10 tools)
which are automatically selected during the
processing cycle.
The machine is provided with an automatic feeler
which detects the length of tools in order to obtain
maximum precision in the processing dimensions.
The working table is divided into 5 vacuum areas with
automatic vacuum opening or closing selection
according to the size of the piece .
Control is made by PC Software in which all profiles
are stored and can be selected at any time.
Le fraisage s'effectue parmi un mandrin électrique à
haute vitesse. Les mouvements des axes, controlés
par moteurs Brusshless, permettent ainsi un
déplacement extrêmement rapide. La machine est
dotée d'un magasin pneumatique pour le chargement
en automatique des plaques à fraiser, et d'un
magasin porte-outils (jusqu'à un maximum de 10
fraises) où elles sont prélevées, toujours en
automatique, pendant le cycle de production.
La machine est dotée d'un palpeur automatique pour
détecter la longueur des outils, aufin d'obtenir une
précision maximale des dimensions de production.
Le plan de travail est partagé en 5 zones de depression
à vide avec sélection d'ouverture ou de fermeture
automatique du vide en fonction de la dimension de la
pièce. La gestion et le contrôle s'effectuent par PC sur
lequel il est possible d'archiver et de rappeler tous les
profils produits avec notre logiciel.

Hochgeschwindigkeits-Elektrofrässpindel.
Die Bewegungen der Achsen werden von Brushless
Motoren gesteuert, die eine sehr schnelle
Verschiebung erlauben. Die Maschine ist ausgerüstet
mit einem pneumatischen Magazin für die
automatische Zufuehrung der zu bearbeitenden
Platten und verfügt außerdem über ein
Fräsenträgermagazin (bis zu 10 Stk.), aus dem die
Fraeskoepfe automatisch während des
Bearbeitungszyklus entnommen werden.
Die Maschine ist ausgeruestet mit einem
automatischen Taster für die Pruefung der Länge der
Werkzeuge, damit die größtmögliche Präzision bei den
Bearbeitungsmaßen erreicht wird.
Die Arbeitsfläche ist in 5 Vakuumzonen unterteilt mit
automatischer Auswahl der Öffnung oder Verschluss
des Vakuums je nach der Größe des Teils. Die
Steuerung und Antrieb erfolgen über einen PC, in
dem alle mit unserer Software programmierten
Profilen abgelegt und aufgerufen werden können.
El mecanizado se realiza por medio de un
electromandril de fresado a alta velocidad.
Los movimientos de los ejes son controlados con
motores de tipo Brushless que permiten un
desplazamiento muy rápido. La máquina está
equipada con un alimentador neumático para cargar
automáticamente las piezas que se han de
mecanizar; se completa también con un almacén
para fresas (hasta 10 fresas), de donde se tomarán,
siempre en automático, las fresas utilizadas durante
el ciclo de mecanizado.
La máquina está provista de un palpador automático
para detectar la longitud de los utillajes para obtener
la máxima precisión en las medidas de mecanizado.
El plano de trabajo se subdivide en 5 zonas de
depresión, con selección de apertura o cierre
automático de la depresión en base a la dimensión
de la pieza. La gestión y el control se realizan por
medio de un ordenador donde se pueden archivar y
seleccionar todos los perfiles creados con el software.

La produzione avviene mediante un elettromandrino a
fresa ad alta velocità. I movimenti degli assi sono
controllati da motori Brusshless permettendo così uno
spostamento molto veloce. La macchina è dotata di
un alimentatore pneumatico per il carico in
automatico dei pezzi da lavorare, fornita inoltre di un
magazzino portafrese (fino a 10) da dove saranno
prelevate, sempre in automatico, durante il ciclo di
lavorazione. La macchina è fornita di un tastatore
automatico per rilevare la lunghezza degli utensili in
modo da ottenere la massima precisione sulle quote
di lavorazione. Il piano di lavoro è suddiviso in 5 zone
a depressione con selezionatura di apertura o
chiusura automatica della depressione in base alla
dimensione del pezzo. La gestione ed il controllo
avvengono mediante PC dove si possono archiviare e
richiamare tutte le sagome prodotte con il nostro
software.

Il programma di progettazione permette di creare i
profili per lo scavo di scatole o lastre. Vengono
inserite delle sequenze di movimento alle quali si
associano l’utensile, la Velocità e la Profondità
necessarie per la fresatura.
Il software, oltre ad una facile progettazione di scavati
semplici, integra anche comandi di disegno più
complessi i quali permettono di modificare le sequenze
disegnate trasformandole mediante funzioni graficomatematice.
Una tabella permette di associare le sequenze del
progetto alle caratteristiche fondamentali degli utensili,
come diametro, profondità e velocità di rotazione. In
questo modo vengono ottimizzati la velocità e la
precisione della fresatura.
Il programma di lavorazione controlla il movimento
a 3 assi della fresatrice, effettua automaticamente
il cambio utensile previsto nel progetto configurando
le diverse velocità di rotazione degli utensili e gestisce
l’eventuale stazione di carico e scarico automatico
per lastre

The design programme enables profiles for the
scooping of boxes or sheets to be created. Movement
sequences with which the tool is associated and the
Speed and Depth required for cutting are to be
entered.
As well as making the design of simple scoops
easier, the software also integrates more complex design
controls which enable designed sequences to be
modified by transforming them using graphic and
mathematical functions.
A table enables the sequences of the project to be
associated with the basic features of the tools, such
as diameter, depth and rotation speed. This enables
speed and cutting precision to be optimised.
The processing programme controls the 3-axial
movement of the cutter, automatically changes over
the tool as envisaged in the design, configuring the
different rotation speeds of the tools and controls the
automatic sheet loading and unloading station
machining process when required.
Das Planungsprogramm erlaubt die Erstellung der Profile
für das Aushöhlen von Schachteln oder Platten.
Es werden Bewegungssequenzen eingefügt, mit
denen Werkzeuge sowie die für das Fräsen
notwendige Geschwindigkeit und Tiefe verknüpft
werden.
Über die leichte Planung einfacher Aushöhlungen hinaus
integ rier t die Sof tware auch komplexere
Zeichnungsbefehle, die eine Änderung der
gezeichneten Sequenzen erlauben und sie über
graphisch-mathematische Funktionen verändern.
Eine Tabelle erlaubt die Verknüpfung der Sequenzen
des Projekts mit den grundlegenden Eigenschaften
der Werkzeuge wie Durchmesser, Tiefe und
Rotationsgeschwindigkeit. Auf diese Weise werden die
Geschwindigkeit und die Präzision der Fräsung
optimiert.
Das Bearbeitungsprogramm kontrolliert die Bewegung
der Fräse auf 3 Achsen, führt automatisch den im
Projekt vorgesehenen Werkzeugwechsel aus,

SOFTWARE
Le programme de réalisation des projets permet de
créer des profils pour le creusage de boîtes ou de
plaques. Aux séquences de mouvement qui sont
introduites sont associés l'outil, la vitesse et la
profondeur nécessaires pour le fraisage.
Le logiciel permet de réaliser aisément non seulement
des projets de défonçages simples mais également
des dessins plus complexes par le biais de commandes
permettant de modifier les séquences dessinées en
les transformant par des fonctions
graphiques-mathématiques.
Un tableau permet d'associer les séquences du
projet aux caractéristiques principales des outils,
comme le diamètre, la profondeur et la vitesse de
rotation, ce qui optimise la vitesse et la précision du
fraisage.
Le programme de travail contrôle le mouvement sur
3 axes de la fraiseuse, effectue automatiquement le
changement d'outil prévu sur le projet, en
configurant les différentes vitesses de rotation des outils,
et gère l'éventuel poste de chargement et déchargement
automatiques pour plaques.

excavar cajas o planchas. Se ingresan secuencias de
movimiento a las cuales se asocia el utillaje, la
Velocidad y la Profundidad necesarias para el fresado.
El software, ofrece la posibilidad de proyectar
excavaciones sencillas que se integra también con
los mandos de dibujos más complejos, los cuales
permiten modificar las secuencias dibujadas
transformándolas por medio de funciones
gráfico-matemáticas.
Una tabla permite asociar las secuencias del proyecto
con las características fundamentales de los utillajes,
como el diámetro, la profundidad y la velocidad de
rotación. De esta forma se optimizan la velocidad y
la precisión del fresado.
El programa de mecanizado controla el movimiento
de 3 ejes de la fresadora, efectúa automáticamente
el cambio del utillaje previsto en el proyecto
configurando las distintas velocidades de rotación del
mismo y controla la estación de carga y descarga
automática de las planchas, si las hubiera.
