Throughout the faith formation year, we need help in our various activities for the church’s youth. If you
think you might be able to assist in any of activities please put check mark next to the program in which
you might be interested. If you are unsure where you can help, but would like to help somewhere in the
faith formation please check other. If needed, training will be provided. Background checks will be
required.
A través del año de Formación de la Fe, necesitamos ayuda en varias actividades para los jóvenes de la
parroquia. Si usted piensa que puede estar disponible para asistirnos en cualquiera de las actividades, por
favor marque al lado del programa que está interesado/a. Si usted no está seguro/a donde puede ayudar,
pero desea hacerlo marque otros. Si necesita entrenamiento, se les proveerá. Verificación del pasado es
requerido.
