PROCUREMENT OF HYDROLOGICAL MEASUREMENT EQUIPMENT
AMENDMEND 01

This Amendment modifies the referred Invitation to Bid Document in the following terms:
1. Section 3: Instructions to Bidders established in the Data Sheet DS N° 23: “Ref.
D.23.2/D.26 - Conditions and Procedures for electronic submission and opening,
if allowed” are amended as specified below:
“The password of the financial bid should be provided to the following
e-mail address: [email protected] by the deadline date, and
at a previous time of the established deadline time to receive bids.
This is due to the fact that at the time of the opening of bids, the prices
are to be read aloud among participants”.
2. Corrigendum due to discrepancy between the English version of the ITB
Document and the Spanish version to confirm the Spanish version content
regarding the Place of Delivery and Final destination where the Supplier is
compelled to deliver the goods is the following location of the Project´s Premises:
Ministerio del Poder Popular para Ecosocialismo y Aguas (MINEA)”,
Centro Simón Bolívar, Torre Sur (South Tower), Piso 18 (18th Floor),
Oficina de Integración y Asuntos Internacionales (Office of Integration
and International Affaires). Municipio Libertador, Caracas, Distrito
Capital.
The remaining Terms and Conditions of the Invitation to Bid Document are kept
unaltered.
