REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
ADMINISTRATION SERVICES
Lincoln County, North Carolina, is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms to
provide administration services necessary to complete a FY 2012 CDBG Scattered Site
Housing Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. The FY 2012 Program
will be financed with $225,000 of CDBG funds. This CDBG grant represents 100% of
the total cost to renovate the homes, which is currently estimated to be $225,000. A
detailed request for proposal further describing the project and proposal submission
requirements may be obtained from John Isenhour, Purchasing Officer, 115 West Main
Street, 3rd Floor Citizen’s Center, Lincolnton, NC 28092; telephone 704-736-8478.
Proposals must be received by 2:00 PM on Monday, June 24, 2013. Lincoln County
encourages proposals from small, minority, and female-owned businesses; and does not
discriminate on the basis of handicap status.
