Temas:
1. Identificación de nuevos genes responsables de la memoria de la inmunidad
innata (trained innate immunity)
Hemos identificado varios genes y rutas candidatos responsables de la memoria de la
inmunidad innata usando como modelo de investigación el pez cebra. El proyecto a
desarrollar pretende caracterizar los candidatos más interesantes mediante inhibición
farmacológica y genética. Se requiere experiencia en inmunología, biología
molecular, RNA seq, bioinformática y/o pez cebra.
2. Identificación de nuevos marcadores de pronóstico para la psoriasis. Se han
identificado posibles marcadores de pronóstico para la psoriais usando modelo de
inflamación en piel en pez cebra. Se pretende validarlos en suero de pacientes de
psoriasis antes y después de tratamiento con PUVA. Se requiere formación en
metabolómica.
Técnicas:
Imagen in vivo, edición del genoma TALEN y CRISPR, generación de animales
trangénicos, modelos de infección bacteriana y viral, metabolómica y transcriptómica,
biología molecular y celular, citometría de flujo, etc.
