occurred during the process of activity
implementation.

The next icon to the right is DOCUMENTS
(Documentos). The screen below the icon allows you
to upload documents related to the activity by
clicking on the New Documents (Nuevos documentos)
section.
In this section, you should identify the attributes
that will be used to identify the document in the
Library (Biblioteca) module of MONITOR.
Click on SAVE (Guardar) after registering the
document's attributes. Repeat the same
process for each new document.

To access M&E Follow-Up – GENERAL ADMIN (M&E – Administracion
General), return to the start menu by clicking on START (Inicio) located
on the top left hand side of the screen.
