Tasks included usability and user experience evaluation of the visual appeal, user-friendliness,
structure of the site navigation, quality of content, quantity of content, up-to-date information,
simple search, map based search, advanced search, and the CORDIS Help Desk.
Academic consultant for SITELDI, S.A., a major IT and computer network support company in
Mexico's Colima state. Tasks include applied research on novel ways of delivering computer
network training, IT consulting.
Participation in the interface development, database edition, and image processing of a number
of data CD-ROMs produced by the University of Colima, Mexico, containing databases and
other information from various Mexican Secretaries of State and government offices (Secretary
of Fisheries, Secretary of the Interior, Mexico's Supreme Court of Justice, and others), including
assistance in the CD-ROM edition of all Mexican Federal laws and Jurisprudence from 1917 to
1996. In addition, participation in the database and image edition of data CD-ROMs containing
information of some major journals and newspapers of Mexico.
