We are recruiting for Next Year's Board!
ELECTIONS will be held before Recess Night, 4/29
Elections are April 29th, before Recess Night , and President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer are our
4 elected positions, but we could certainly use people who are interested in being on the Book Fair, Advocacy,
Nominating, Audit, Fundraising, Website/Social Media and Hospitality Committees!
Right now, Lia McNeilly is running for a second term as President, and Ruby Dixon is running for Treasurer. We are
in need of a Secretary and a Vice President. Please let us know if you’d like to be on the ballot by April 25 th.

April 21 5:30-6:15pm: Spring Concert
April 29, 5-7pm: Recess Night and PTA General Meeting & Elections
May 2, 5-7pm: Wake Up and Read Night
May 2 through 6: Teacher Appreciation Week
May 12, 6-8:30pm: United Skates of America
May 25: Rising Kindergarten Night and Chick Fil A Spirit Night, 5-8pm
Teacher Appreciation Week!
We are planning treats for our teachers for the entire week, but we need YOUR help to make this a success!
We are asking parents to send in small things to put in gift bags for all of our teachers, teacher assistants, resource
teachers, intervention teachers, specialist teachers and more. We will have a box in the front office for collections.
Please bring in your donations by Tuesday, April 26th.
Kindergarten and First Grade: Please bring small bags of candy
Second and Third Grade: Please bring small bags of salty snacks
Fourth Grade: Please bring Post-It Notes
Fifth Grade: Please send in pens of varied colors
PTA MEETINGS CHANGED!
We are now meeting the Second Wednesday of every month, at 5pm. Please join us! Next meeting is May 11.

Nosotros estamos reclutando para la Mesa Directiva del proximo año!
Las ELECCIONES seran antes de la Noche de Recreo, 4/29
Elecciones son el 29 de Abril, antes de la Noche de Recreo , y Presidente, Vice Presidente, Secretaria y
Tesorero son nuestras 4 posiciones electas, pero nosotros podemos usar gente que este interesada en ayudar en la
Feria del Libro, Apoyo, Nominacion, Auditoria, para recavar Fondos, Sitio web/Medio Social, y Comite de
Hospitalidad!
Ahora, Lia McNeilly esta corriendo por su segundo termino como Presidenta, y Ruby Dixon esta corriendo como
Tesorera. Nosotros estamos en necesidad de una Secretaria y Vice Presidente. Por favor dejenos saber si le gustaria
ser parte de la votacion para el 25 de Abril.

Mayo 2 al 6: Semana de Apreciacion a los Maestros
Mayo 12, 6-8:30pm: Patinaje Unido de America
Mayo 25: Noche delos estudiante que empezaran Kindergarten y Noche de Chick Fil A, 5-8pm
Semana de Apreciacion a los Maestros!
Nosotros estamos planeando golosinas para nuestros maestros para la semana entera, pero necesitamos SU AYUDA
para hacer esto un exito! Nos gustaria que los padres enviaran cosas pequeñas para poner el bolsas de regalos para
todos nuestros maestros, maestras asistentes, maestros de recursos, maestros de intervencion, maestros especiales
y mas. Nosotros tendremos una caja en la oficina para coleccion. Por favor envie sus donaciones antes del Martes, 26
de Abril.
Kindergarten y Primer Grado: Por favor enviar pequeñas bolsas de dulces
Segundo y Tercer Grado: Por favor enviar pequeñas bolsas de botanas saladas
Cuarto Grado: Por favor envie Post-It Notes
Quinto Grado: Por favor envie lapiceros de varios colores
Las Reuniones de PTA Cambiaron!
Nosotros ahora nos reunimos el segundo Miercoles de cada mes, 5 PM. Por favor unase a nosotros! Proxima reunion
sera el 11 de Mayo.
