Dear Homeowners:
Welcome to the Holiday Season! We just had our sixth annual La Paloma Thanksgiving
Celebration. Approximately 65 people were in attendance, and we had a great time. I
personally so enjoy getting together with my “co-owners” during these holidays. It’s a special
time to share ourselves and get to know each other better. I encourage you to attend next year
– a great time was had by all.
Our Employee Holiday Party is scheduled for December 19. They will be celebrating in Punta
Delfin. Alejandra and her committee are coming up with great ideas and plans for the party. If
you, as a homeowner, wish to contribute a stocking stuffer, or funds for the party, that would be
awesome. Simply bring whatever you wish to contribute to the office and Alejandra will see
that it is put in the right “box”.
A reminder to check your monthly statement closely this month as it will indicate if your
extraordinary fee 2015 is still pending. The 2016 Annual Meeting is scheduled for January 23,
2016 and all extraordinary fees must be current at that time. If you have questions, please call
the office.
We are working hard to get the new web site up and running. Final development meetings are
being held these next few weeks and our goal is to have the site up before the end of this year.
The Annual Meeting is scheduled for January 23. We will follow the same format with a
morning gathering at 10:00 in the club house for general questions and discussions. This will
be followed by the formal Assembly in Punta Delfin at 1:30 pm. We will be voting for new
Surveillance Committee members, so we are attaching a Candidate form for you to use if you
are interested in running and serving on the Committee. As members of our community, I
encourage you to seriously consider getting involved with the Association. Much has happened
this year, and we have a lot of work to do. I can honestly say that my time on the Board and
now as the Administrator has been, yes challenging at times, but always so fulfilling. I love
LaPaloma! It is an awesome place to live and will continue to be a great place with your
involvement. I’d be glad to spend time with anyone who is interested in serving on the
committee. Call or email at any time.
Tom and I will be in Winter Park, Colorado for the Christmas Holidays. He loves the skiing and
snow; I love the fireplace looking out at the snow… So however and wherever you are
celebrating, I send you thoughts of peace and love and look forward to seeing you in the New
Year.

¡Bienvenidos a la época Decembrina! Acabamos de tener nuestra sexta Celebración anual
de día de acción de gracias en La Paloma. Aproximadamente 65 personas estuvieron
presentes, y nos lo pasamos muy bien. Yo personalmente disfruto estar en contacto con mis
"co-propietarios" durante estos días de fiesta. Es un momento especial para compartir y
llegar a conocerse mejor. Los animo a asistir el próximo año fue un gran momento
compartido.
La posada de nuestros trabajadores está prevista para el 19 de diciembre. Se estarán
celebrando en Punta Delfin. Alejandra y su comité están participando con grandes ideas y
planes para la fiesta. Si usted, como propietario desea contribuir con algo, o fondos para el
evento, sería increíble. Simplemente traiga lo que usted desea contribuir a la oficina y
Alejandra verá que se ponga en la "caja" correcta.
Recordatorio, por favor revise su estado de cuenta mensual de este mes, ya que indicará si
su cuota extraordinaria de mejoras aún está pendiente. La Reunión Anual 2016 está
programada para el 23 de Enero del 2016 y la cuota extraordinaria de mejoras debe estar
al día en ese momento. Si tiene alguna pregunta, por favor llame a oficina.
Estamos trabajando arduamente para conseguir que el nuevo sitio web esté en
funcionamiento. Se están celebrando reuniones finales para el desarrollo y nuestro
objetivo es hacer que el sitio en marcha antes de finales de este año.
La Reunión Anual está programada para el 23 de Enero vamos a seguir el mismo formato
con una reunión por la mañana a las 10:00 en la casa club para preguntas generales y
discusiones. Esto será seguido por la Asamblea formal en Punta Delfin a las 1:30 pm.
Votaremos para los nuevos miembros del Comité de Vigilancia, por lo que estamos
adjuntando un formulario de candidato para su uso, si usted está interesado en ser
candidato y servir en el Comité. Como miembros de nuestra comunidad, le animo a
considerar seriamente la posibilidad de involucrarse con la Asociación. Mucho ha sucedido
este año, y tenemos mucho trabajo que hacer. Honestamente puedo decir que mi tiempo en
la Junta y ahora como la Administradora ha sido, sí difícil a veces, pero siempre de manera
satisfactoria. ¡Me encanta La Paloma! Es un lugar maravilloso para vivir y seguirá siendo un
gran lugar con su participación. Yo estaría encantada de pasar tiempo con cualquiera que
esté interesado en servir en el comité. Llámenos o envíe correo electrónico en cualquier
