COMMUNITY WORKSHOP
VISIONING, OPPORTUNITIES AND CONSTRAINTS
Please join us for a Community Workshop to help shape the future
of Downtown Hemet! The City is preparing the Downtown Hemet
Specific Plan to:
•revitalize the Downtown,
•help preserve existing single-family neighborhoods, and
•address streetscape, wayfinding and urban design concepts,
•create nodes of economic activity and housing opportunities
near the future Perris Valley Line Metrolink Station.
Workshop participants will have an opportunity to participate in an
in-depth discussion of their visions, goals and ideas for the future of
Downtown. Your participation is important to creating a viable and
successful Specific Plan for the area. Be a part of this collaborative
planning process!

VISIONES, OPORTUNIDADES Y LIMITACIONES
¡Por favor acompáñenos en un taller comunitario para ayudar el
futuro del centro de Hemet! La Ciudad esta preparando un Plan
Específico para:
•revitalizar el centro de la ciudad,
•ayudar conservar la comunidad residencial,
•dirigir el uso de suelo, circulacion y conceptos de diseno urbano,
•crear estrategias económicas y oportunidades de vivienda
cerca de la estacione de transporte público proyectada en la
zona.
El taller será interactivo y los participantes tendrán la oportunidad
de discutir sus visiones, objetivos e ideas para el futuro desarrollo
del centro de Hemet. Su participación es importante para crear un
Plan Especifico exitoso. ¡Sea parte de este proceso colaborativo de
planificacion!
