PROCEDIMIENTOS PARA SALIDA DE ESTUDIANTES EN LA TARDE

ESTUDIANTES QUE SALEN EN EL BUS ESCOLAR
 A partir de las 2:20 p.m., todos los buses estarán parqueados, en orden numérico,
cerca a la Oficina de Mantenimiento.
 Las cadenas que restringen la entrada y salida de la rotonda deben colocarse antes de
las 2:30 p.m. para que ningún vehículo particular traspase esta área, hasta tanto todos
los estudiantes suban a los buses y después que éstos salgan de los predios del
colegio.
 Los conductores deben estar siempre dentro del bus que les corresponde.
 Los monitores de buses externos deben estar en los parqueaderos antes de las
2:20p.m. y dentro de los buses que les corresponde a cada uno, a más tardar, a las
2:30 p.m.
 La hora de salida de los estudiantes es a las 2:35 p.m. y seguidamente pasan a tomar
el bus.
 Los monitores internos deben reportarse al bus asignado INMEDIATAMENTE
después de la salida de estudiantes.
 Los estudiantes deben subirse al bus que les corresponde tan pronto llegan al
parqueadero; no deben quedarse distraídos en otras actividades o jugando en esta
zona.
 Los buses saldrán cuando Diana Puente (Coordinadora de Transporte) de la orden de
salida y tan pronto como se confirme que todos los estudiantes están listos en los
buses que les corresponde.
 La salida de buses está establecida a las 2:45 p.m.
ESTUDIANTES QUE SALEN EN VEHÍCULOS PARTICULARES
 Todos los estudiantes que salen en vehículos particulares, deben esperar la salida en la
rotonda ubicada frente al Edificio de Administración.
 Ningún estudiante debe salir caminando a la zona de parqueo para tomar su transporte
particular sin estar acompañado por un adulto.
 Las cadenas que restringen la entrada y salida de la rotonda deben permanecer arriba
hasta las 2:30, con la intención de impedir la circulación de vehículos particulares
hasta cuando los buses escolares salgan de los predios.
 Los vehículos particulares deben parquearse momentáneamente en el parqueadero
externo para esperar la salida de todos los buses. Luego pueden entrar a la rotonda a
recoger a los estudiantes.
 Tan pronto salgan todos los buses, se bajarán las cadenas y los vehículos que estén
esperando podrán entrar a la rotonda para recoger a los estudiantes conservando el
debido orden.
 Los estudiantes deben esperar para subirse al vehículo de su familia con orden y
disciplina y NO deben tratar de subirse al vehículo antes de que le corresponda su
turno.
 Una vez el estudiante sube a su vehículo, éste debe continuar la ruta de la rotonda para
salir del colegio.
 Si por alguna razón extraordinaria, algún padre de familia no puede esperar la salida
de los buses, se le permitirá parquear, caminar hasta la rotonda y recoger a su hijo. En
este caso, personalmente debe el padre debe recoger y acompañar a su hijo. Cuando
lleguen al carro, están en libertad de salir del colegio antes de los buses. Si los buses
hubiesen iniciado la salida en este momento, los vehículos particulares tienen que

Students Riding Buses
 All buses will be parked in the parking lot closest to the maintenance office in
numerical order by 2:20 at the latest.
 The chains that restrict the entrance and exit of the round-about must be placed by
2:30 so no car can enter or exit this area until all students have boarded the buses and
all buses have departed.
 Drivers must be with their buses at all times.
 External bus monitors must be in the bus area by 2:20 and on their buses by 2:30 at
the latest.
 Students will be dismissed at 2:35 to walk to their buses.
 Internal bus monitors must report to their assigned buses ASAP following the
dismissal of the students.
 Students must board their assigned bus as soon as they reach the bus area; they should
not linger or play in the bus area.
 Buses will depart as soon as Diana Puente approves departure and as soon as it is
determined that students are on the buses and ready to leave.
 Bus departure is scheduled for 2:45.
Students being picked up by cars
 All students being picked up by a private car must wait in the covered waiting area in
front of the administration building and on the turn-around.
 No student should walk, unaccompanied by an adult, to the parking area to get into a
car parked in the outer parking lot.
 The chains that restrict the entrance and exit of the round-about must be placed by
2:30 so no car can enter or exit this area until all students have boarded the buses and
all buses have departed.
 Cars arriving to pick up students should park temporarily in the outer parking lot and
wait for all buses to depart before entering the round-about to pick up the students.
 As soon as all buses have departed, the chains will be lowered and the waiting cars
will be allowed to enter the round-about and in an orderly fashion pick up the
students.
 Students should wait in turn for their car to arrive to the pick-up area and not try to
board their car before this time.
 Once a student is on board, the car can continue to follow the round-about and depart
from school.
 If for some extraordinary reason, a parent cannot wait until the buses depart, they will
be allowed to park, walk to the student waiting area, and pick up their child. In this
case, they must personally accompany their child from the pick-up area to their car.
Once they have returned to their car, they are free to depart from the outer parking lot
before the buses. If the buses have already begun to depart, cars should wait for all
buses to leave before departing.
