ALSTOM TALENT ENERGY
The Alstom Talent Energy Plan is a 12 months internship program for
Fresh Graduates with recognized Master. We incorporate in the teams
of Alstom Transport 40 interns with different academicals backgrounds
to prepare their future integration on the labor market. It is a great
opportunity to benefit during a full year learnings from excellent
professionals in an international work environment collaborating on
significant railways projects.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Alstom offers 40 intern positions, full day based in its Spanish offices
of Madrid and Barcelona’s areas in collaboration with Fundación
Universidad-Empresa.
Once achieved with success the selection process, you will benefit
from an in-house integration program which aims is to get yourself
familiarized with the culture of Alstom and its values. During this stage,
your assigned tutor will set you specific objectives of your project within
Alstom. Those objectives will be periodically reviewed and evaluated
at the end of the year through a formal presentation to the Alstom Top
Management. During the year you will participate to several trainings
and meetings with Senior Managers of the Company.

YOUR PROFILE








Degree in Engineer in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer
Engineering, Telecommunication, Electronics, Industrial design,
Mathematics, Civil engineer, Physics, Engineer specialized in
Automatics, Economics, Business Management, Finance, EHS
Master Quality and Management Master.
Excellent academicals results
High level of English & Spanish, a 3rd language is valued
Mastering Excel and high level of Pack Office
Interested to develop your career in an international environment
National and international mobility
Great interpersonal communication skills, team player eager to learn
Availability for full time internships starting November 2nd 2015
