• L’interfaccia QCC-LCS TP è destinata ad un utilizzo in ambiente nautico per il controllo del colore e la regolazione della
luminosità di sorgenti luminose a LED RGBW.
•Il prodotto permette comandare il sistema RGBW.
• L’interfaccia QCC-LCS TP deve essere utilizzata a temperatura regolata e ventilata e limitatamente esposto a polveri e
umidità, per prevenire incendio. Non esporre questa unità alla pioggia o all’umidità.

• ambiente luminoso: in questo specifico manuale si intende gruppo di sorgenti luminose RGBW collegate in modo da
ricevere le stesse istruzioni di accensione e regolazione di intensità e colore.
DESCRIZIONE DEL PRODOTTO
L’interfaccia QCC-LCS TP è un dispositivo di comando con tastiera touch che permette di comandare un sistema RGBW.
Può comandare fino a quattro ambienti luminosi.

• Interrompere sempre la tensione di alimentazione durante le operazioni di installazione e manutenzione.
• Sul pannello di installazione effettuare un foro della misura del perimetro interno della cornice di montaggio. Fissare la
cornice di montaggio con due viti autofilettanti. Inserire a pressione l’interfaccia QCC-LCS TP nella cornice di montaggio.
• Le connessioni devono essere effettuate seguendo i criteri di buona esecuzione e scegliendo cavi di opportuna sezione
e tipologia, adeguati alle condizioni ed ambiente d’uso.
• Dopo avere effettuato le operazioni di installazione o manutenzione, verificare la corretta esecuzione del lavoro.
• Dare alimentazione, ATTENZIONE A RISPETTARE LA POLARITÀ.

FUNZIONAMENTO
L’interfaccia QCC-LCS TP collegata all’alimentazione consente la gestione di un sistema RGBW. Tramite una tastiera touch si
attivano le funzioni e si inviano le istruzioni sull’uscita in DMX512.
FUNZIONI
Tasto ON-OFF: una pressione breve accende e spegne la tastiera touch e tutti gli ambienti luminosi collegati. Una pressione
prolungata attiva e disattiva i segnali sonori corrispondenti alle pressioni sulla tastiera.
Tasto MODE: una pressione breve cambia il modo di funzionamento selezionando tra undici scenari, divisi tra statici e di
cambio colore:
• scenari statici: 1-Rosso, 2-Verde, 3-Blu, 4-Giallo, 5-Viola, 6-Ciano, 7-Bianco;
• scenari di cambio colore: 8-RGB skip, 9-All color skip, 10-RGB fade, 11-All color smooth.
Tasto Brightness/Speed: permette di modificare l’intensità luminosa in tutti i modi di funzionamento statici e permette di
modificare la velocità di esecuzione nei modi di funzionamento di cambio colore.
Tasto scelta colori: permette di modificare il colore dell’ambiente luminoso nei modi di funzionamento di cambio colore.
Tasti cambio ambiente: si possono selezionare fino a quattro ambienti luminosi. Il LED blu acceso vicino ad ogni tasto
indica che l’ambiente luminoso è pronto per eventuali modifiche. Con una pressione prolungata su uno dei tasti si spegne
e si accende l’ambiente luminoso corrispondente.
Tasti RGBW: permettono la regolazione dell’intensità luminosa di ogni singolo colore. In particolare il tasto “W” gestisce il
canale bianco in modo differente dagli altri tasti: ad una pressione breve corrisponde l’accensione o spegnimento del canale
W, ad una pressione prolungata corrisponde una modifica dell’intensità del canale W.

Impianto, morsetti e cavi
Il cablaggio dell’apparecchio necessita di alcune prescrizioni:
•la lunghezza max del cavo DMX non deve superare i 100 metri.
•Utilizzare cavi di sezione compresa tra 0,5mm2 e 1,5mm2
•Spellare i cavi di 8mm per l’inserimento nel morsetto.
PULIZIA
Per il dispositivo non sono previste operazioni particolari di pulizia, si consiglia eventualmente una pulizia superficiale della
parte frontale mediante un panno umido non imbevuto di sostanze corrosive.
Non usare liquidi direttamente sul prodotto, per evitare che possano entrare e procurare danni.
LE OPERAZIONI DI PULIZIA DEVONO ESSERE ESEGUITE CON LA TENSIONE DI ALIMENTAZIONE NON PRESENTE.

sources and electronic devices that control and check such lights..
•DMX512: Communication protocol that transmits the instructions for managing the RGBW system.
• light zone: In this specific manual this is a set of RGBW light sources so connected that they can receive the
instructions to switch on/off and to adjust intensity and colour.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The QCC-LCS TP interface is a control device with a touch pad to control an RGBW system. It can control up to four light
zones.

• Always disconnect the supply voltage during installation and maintenance operations.
• Drill a hole on the installations panel. The inner diameter of the hole should be the same as that of the assembly frame.
Fasten the assembly frame using two self-tapping screws. Snap-fit the QCC-LCS TP interface into the assembly frame.
• Make the connections following the best practices, using cable of adequate type and size that are appropriate for the
environment conditions.
• Critically inspect your work immediately after installing or servicing the product.
• Turn on the power, MAKE SURE THE POLARITY IS RIGHT.

OPERATION
The QCC-LCS TP interface connected to the power supply permits managing an RGBW system. The functions are activated
and the instructions are sent to the DMX512 output by means of a touch pad.
FUNCTIONS
ON-OFF Key: Briefly press it to switch on/off the touch pad and all the light zones connected. Press and hold this key to
enable/disable the sounds when a key is pressed.
MODE Key: Press this key briefly to change the operation mode selecting among eleven options, divided into static and
colour change:
• static options: 1-Red, 2-Green, 3-Blue, 4-Yellow, 5-Purple, 6-Cyan, 7-White;
• colour change options: 8-RGB skip, 9-All color skip, 10-RGB fade, 11-All color smooth.
Tasto Brightness/Speed: Used to change light intensity in all static operation modes and to change the execution speed
in the colour change operation modes.
Colour selection key: Used to modify the colour of the light zone in the colour change operation modes.
Zone shift keys: You can select up to four light zones. The blue LED lit next to each key indicates that the light zone is ready
to be modified. Press and hold one of the keys to turn on/off the relevant light zone.
RGBW tastes: Used to adjust the light intensity of each colour. Specifically, key “W” manages the white channel differently
than the rest of the keys: Press it briefly to turn the W channel on/off; press and hold to change the intensity of the W
channel.

Wiring, terminals and cables
Considering the high currents involved, a few precautions on wiring are in order:
•DMX cable length should not exceed 100 m.
•Cable size should range from 0.5 mm2 to 1.5 mm2
•Peel off cables by 8 mm to add the terminal.
CLEANING
The device requires no special cleaning procedure. Clean the front using a damp cloth, avoiding corrosive substances.
Do not apply liquids directly on the unit; they might penetrate and damage the device.
DISCONNECT THE POWER SUPPLY BEFORE CLEANING THE UNIT.

• Toujours interrompre la tension d’alimentation pendant les opérations d’installation et d’entretien.
• Faire un trou de la même dimension que le périmètre interne du châssis de montage sur le panneau d’installation. Fixer le
châssis de montage avec deux vis autotaraudeuses. Insérer l’interface QCC-LCS TP en l’appuyant dans le châssis de montage.
• Les connexions doivent être effectuées en suivant les critères de bonne exécution et en choisissant des câbles de
section et typologie adaptées, appropriés aux conditions et à l’environnement d’utilisation.
• Après avoir effectué les opérations d’installation ou d’entretien, vérifier l’exécution correcte du travail.
• Donner l’alimentation, ATTENTION À RESPECTER LA POLARITÉ.

Lorsque l’interface QCC-LCS TP est alimentée, elle permet de gérer un système RGBW. Un clavier tactile permet d’activer les
fonctions et d’envoyer les instructions à la sortie en DMX512.
FONCTIONS
Bouton ON-OFF: en appuyant brièvement dessus, le clavier tactile s’allume et s’éteint, ainsi que tous les environnements lumineux connectés. En appuyant longuement, les signaux sonores correspondant aux pressions sur le clavier s’activent et se
désactivent.
Bouton MODE: appuyer brièvement sur le bouton permet de changer le mode de fonctionnement en sélectionnant parmi onze
scénarios, subdivisés entre statiques et changement de couleur:
• scénarios statiques: 1-Rouge, 2-Vert, 3-Bleu, 4-Jaune, 5-Violet, 6-Cyan, 7-Blanc;
• scénarios de changement de couleur: 8-RGB skip, 9-All color skip, 10-RGB fade, 11-All color smooth.
Bouton Brightness/Speed: permet de modifier l’intensité lumineuse dans tous les modes de fonctionnement statiques et de
modifier la vitesse d’exécution dans les modes de fonctionnement de changement de couleur.
Bouton de choix des couleurs: permet de modifier la couleur de l’environnement lumineux dans les modes de fonctionnement
de changement de couleur.
Bouton de changement d’environnement: il est possible de sélectionner jusqu’à quatre environnements lumineux. La LED
bleue allumée près de chaque bouton indique que l’environnement lumineux est prêt pour recevoir des modifications éventuelles.
En appuyant longuement sur un des boutons, l’environnement lumineux correspondant s’éteint ou s’allume.

Installation, bornes et câbles
Le câblage de l’appareil, étant donné le haut courant en jeu, nécessite quelques prescriptions:
•la longueur maximum du câble DMX ne doit pas dépasser 100 mètres.
•Utiliser des câbles ayant une section comprise entre 0,5mm2 et 1,5mm2.
•Peler les câbles sur 8mm pour l’insertion dans la borne.
NETTOYAGE
Pour le dispositif aucune opération de nettoyage particulière n’est prévue, il est éventuellement conseillé un nettoyage
superficiel de la partie frontal avec un chiffon humide non imbibé de substance corrosive.
Ne pas utiliser de liquides directement sur le produit, afin d’éviter qu’ils puissent entrer et provoquer des dommages.

•Touch-Tastenfeld: In diesem Handbuch wird damit ein Tastenfeld bezeichnet, bei dem eine Berührung mit dem Finger
ausreicht, um die entsprechende Funktion zu aktivieren.
•RGBW System: In diesem Handbuch wird damit ein elektrisches Beleuchtungssystem bezeichnet, das aus LED RGBW
Lichtquellen und elektronischen Vorrichtungen für die Bedienung und Steuerung der Lichtquellen besteht.
•DMX512: : Kommunikationsprotokoll zur Übertragung der Anweisungen für die Steuerung vom RGBW System.
• Beleuchtungsanlage: In diesem Handbuch wird damit eine Gruppe von RGBW Lichtquellen bezeichnet, die miteinander
verbunden sind und die gleichen Steuerungssignale für die Einschaltung und die Regulierung von Helligkeit und Farbe
empfangen.
PRODUKTBESCHREIBUNG
Das QCC-LCS TP Interface ist ein Steuergerät mit Touch-Tastenfeld, mit dem ein RGBW System gesteuert werden kann. Mit
dem Steuergerät können maximal vier Beleuchtungsanlagen gesteuert werden.

INSTALLATION UND WARTUNG (siehe Abbildung auf S. 16)
• Vor Durchführung von Installation und Wartung muss die Stromversorgung immer getrennt werden.
• Eine Aussparung mit den Maßen vom Innendurchmesser des Montagerahmens aus dem Installationspaneel
herausschneiden. Den Montagerahmen mit zwei selbsteinschneidenden Schrauben befestigen. Das QCC-LCS TP
Interface mit leichtem Druck in den Montagerahmen einsetzen.
• Die Anschlüsse müssen den Kriterien einer ordnungsgemäßen Funktionsweise entsprechen und es müsse dafür
geeignete Kabel mit passendem Querschnitt verwendet werden, die für die Bedingungen und den Verwendungsort
geeignet sind.
• Nach Abschluss von Installation oder Wartung muss die ordnungsgemäße Funktion geprüft werden.
• Bei der Stromzufuhr MUSS DIE POLARITÄT BEACHTET WERDEN.

Wenn das QCC-LCS TP Interface an die Stromversorgung angeschlossen ist, erlaubt es die Steuerung eines RGBW Systems. Mit
dem Touch-Tastenfeld können die Funktionen aktiviert und die Steuersignale über den Ausgang DMX512 gesendet werden.
FUNKTIONEN
ON-OFF Taste: Durch kurzes Drücken werden das Touch-Tastenfeld und alle angeschlossenen Beleuchtungsanlagen einund ausgeschaltet. Durch langes Drücken werden die Töne aktiviert, die bei Tastendruck ertönen.
Taste MODE: Durch kurzes Drücken wird der Funktionsmodus umgeschaltet. Es kann unter elf Lichtszenarien gewählt
werden, davon sieben statischen und vier mit Farbwechsel:
• statische Lichtszenarien: 1-Rot, 2-Grün, 3-Blau, 4-Gelb, 5-Lila, 6-Cyan, 7-Weiß;
• Lichtszenarien mit Farbwechsel: 8-RGB Skip, 9-Alle Farben Skip, 10-RGB Fade, 11-Alle Farben Smooth.
Tasto Brightness/Speed: Damit kann die Helligkeit in allen statischen Lichtszenarien eingestellt werden und die Geschwindigkeit der Ausführung bei den Lichtszenarien mit Farbwechsel.
Taste Farbwahl: Damit kann die Farbe der Beleuchtungsanlage in den Lichtszenarien mit Farbwechsel eingestellt werden.
Tasten Umschaltung Beleuchtungsanlage: Es können maximal vier Beleuchtungsanlagen gewählt werden. Die blaue LED
neben jeder Taste zeigt an, dass die Beleuchtungsanlage bereit für eventuelle Änderungen ist. Durch langes Drücken auf
eine der Tasten schaltet sich die entsprechende Beleuchtungsanlage aus und ein.
Tasten RGBW: Damit kann die Helligkeit der einzelnen Farben eingestellt werden. Die Steuerung der Farbe Weiß mit der
Taste “W” unterscheidet sich von der Steuerung der anderen Farben: Mit einem kurzen Drücken kann der Kanal W ein- oder
ausgeschaltet werden, mit einem langen Drücken kann die Helligkeit vom Kanal W reguliert werden.

Anlage, Klemmen und Kabel
Für die Verkabelung der Vorrichtung sind aufgrund des eingesetzten Starkstroms einige Vorschriften notwendig:
•Das DMX Kabel darf maximal 100 m lang sein.
•Es müssen Kabel mit einem Querschnitt von 0,5 mm2 bis 1,5 mm2 verwendet werden.
•Die Kabel auf 8 mm abisolieren, um sie in die Anschlussklemme zu stecken.
REINIGUNG
Für die Vorrichtung sind keine besonderen Reinigungsvorgänge vorgesehen. Es wird empfohlen, eventuell die Oberfläche
der Vorderseite mit einem feuchten Tuch ohne abreibende Reinigungsmittel zu reinigen. Flüssigkeiten dürfen nicht direkt
auf die Vorrichtung aufgetragen werden, damit diese keine Schäden durch Eindringen verursachen können.
REINIGUNGSARBEITEN DÜRFEN NUR BEI AUSGESCHALTETER SPANNUNG DURCHGEFÜHRT WERDEN.

DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PRODUCTO
La interfaz QCC-LCS TP es un dispositivo de mando con teclado táctil que permite accionar un sistema RGBW. Puede
controlar hasta cuatro entornos luminosos.

• Interrumpa siempre la tensión de alimentación durante las operaciones de instalación y mantenimiento.
• En el panel de instalación hacer un orificio del tamaño de perímetro interior del bastidor de montaje. Fijar el bastidor de
montaje con dos tornillos autorroscantes. Introducir presionando la interfaz QCC-LCS TP en el bastidor de montaje.
• Las conexiones deben realizarse siguiendo los criterios de buena ejecución y eligiendo los cables de sección y tipología
correctas, adecuados para las conexiones y el ambiente de uso.
• Después de realizar las operaciones de instalación y mantenimiento, verifique la ejecución correcta del trabajo.
• Alimente, PRESTE ATENCIÓN Y RESPETE LA POLARIDAD.

FUNCIONAMIENTO
La interfaz QCC-LCS TP conectada con la alimentación permite controlar un sistema RGBW. Mediante el teclado táctil se
activan las funciones y se envían las instrucciones en la salida en DMX512.
FUNCIONES
Tecla ON-OFF: un pulsado breve enciende y apaga el teclado táctil y todos los entornos luminosos conectados. Un pulsado
largo activa y desactiva los avisos sonoros correspondientes al pulsado en el teclado.
Tecla MODE: un pulsado breve cambia el modo de funcionamiento seleccionando entre los once escenarios, divididos
entre estáticos y de cambio de color:
• escenarios estáticos: 1-Rojo, 2-Verde, 3-Azul, 4-Amarillo, 5-Violeta, 6-Cian, 7-Blanco;
• escenarios de cambio de color: 8-RGB skip, 9-All color skip, 10-RGB fade, 11-All color smooth.
Tasto Brightness/Speed: permite cambiar la intensidad luminosa en todos los modos de funcionamiento estáticos y modificar la velocidad de ejecución en los modos de funcionamiento de cambio de color.
Tecla selección colores: permite modificar el color del entorno luminoso en los modos de funcionamiento de cambio de color.
Teclas cambio entorno: se pueden seleccionar hasta cuatro entornos luminosos. El LED azul encendido cerca de cada
tecla indica que el entorno luminoso está listo para eventuales modificaciones. Con un pulsado largo de las teclas, se apaga
y se enciende el entorno luminoso correspondiente.
Teclas RGBW: permite regular la intensidad luminosa de cada color. En particular, la tecla «W» controla el canal blanco de
forma diferente a las otras teclas: un pulsado breve corresponde al encendido o apagado del canal W, un pulsado largo
corresponde a una modificación de la intensidad del canal W.

Instalación, bornes y cables
El cableado del aparato, debido a las altas corrientes en juego, necesita algunos requisitos:
•la longitud máx. del cable DMX no debe superar los 100 metros.
•Utilizar cables de sección comprendida entre 0,5mm2 y 1,5mm2
•Pelar 8 mm los cables para la inserción en el borne.
LIMPIEZA
No hay prevista ninguna operación particular de limpieza para el dispositivo. Se aconseja, si es necesario, realizar una limpieza superficial en la parte delantera con un paño húmedo sin sustancias corrosivas.
No utilice líquidos directamente en el producto para evitar que ingresen y ocasionen daños.
LAS OPERACIONES DE LIMPIEZA DEBEN REALIZARSE SIN TENSIÓN DE RED PRESENTE.
