upport the Collection for the Church in Latin America
hile many young people in the United States
and around the world are preparing to attend
World Youth Day celebrations in Brazil this
year, nearly 25,000 young people between the ages of
12 and 25 in Maraba, Brazil, are unemployed and facing
poverty. The parishioners of Nossa Senhora de Nazare
Church in Maraba face a world filled with drugs, prosti
tution, poverty, and little hope for the future.
Through generous support from the Collection for the
Church in Latin America, Nossa Senhora de Nazare
