MANDATORY NOTICE OF EXTERMINATION
ATTENTION ALL RESIDENTS:
A MANDATORY EXTERMINATION OF YOUR BUILDING WILL BE DONE ON ________________________. ALL
RESIDENTS MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES TO INSURE AN EFFECTIVE PEST
CONTROL SERVICE. ANY EXCEPTIONS MUST BE CLEARED THROUGH MANAGEMENT PRIOR TO
TREATMENT.
1.
ALL items must be removed from ALL cabinets and drawers in the kitchen and bathroom areas
PRIOR to treatment. Treatment is most effective if these items are placed in another room – NOT on
the counters of these rooms.
2.
Remove all paper and plastic bags, or any items stored by the side of the refrigerator, stove, and
other appliance areas. Please remove trash and debris from these areas.
3.
All pet food and water must be removed from these areas.
4.
ALL PETS must be removed from your home or placed in a closed bedroom with a note of the door. If
we cannot enter your apartment due to your pet, management will be immediately notified. ALL FISH
TANKS must be covered and the filters must be turned off.
5.
All treated areas must be completely dry before you place the items back in the cabinets. DO NOT
wash the cabinets or the effectiveness will be reduced. Dry wipe all dead insects and egg capsules
and dispose of them. The insects may crawl for a few days after treatment as they are exposed to the
chemicals. If the infestation was a heavy one, you may need to follow the above procedures weekly
until the problem is solved.
6.
MANAGEMENT WILL BE INFORMED AS TO THE COMPLIANCE OF THESE PROCEDURES.

ATENCIÓN TODOS LOS RESIDENTES:
Esta es una noticia de una exterminación mandatorio de su edificio que va a tomar lugar
_________________________________________. Todos los residentes tienen que cumplir con los siguentes
procedimientos para un servicio seguro y eficaz de exterminación. Si hay una excepción, deben ser aprovado
por la gerencia antes del tratamiento.
1.
Todos los residentes deben sacar o quitar todos los objetos en las gabetas y gabinetes en la cocina y
los baños antes del tratamiento. El tratamiento es más efectivo cuando usted remueve las cosas y
las ponen en otro cuarto. No las pongan sobre los mostradores de la cocina o los baños.
2.
Quita todos los papeles y las bolsas de plástico que están alrededor de la refrigeradora, la estufa, y
otros utensilios. Por favor, quita toda clase de basura que está cerca de esas áreas.
3.
Toda la comida de su animal debe estar en otro cuarto.
4.
Todos los animales tienen que estar removidos de su casa, o en un cuarto cerrado con una nota en
la puerta. Si no podemos entrar su apartamento porque su animal está libre, avisaremos la gerencia
de los apartamentos imediatamente. Los peceras deben de estar tapados y los filtros tienen que estar
apagados.
5.
Asegurarse que las areas que han sido tratado están secos antes de poner los artículos en las
gabetas y las gabinetes. No laven ni limpien las gabetas y las gabinetes depues del tratamiento
porque la eficacia del tratamiento disminuirá. Recogen y tiren los insectos muertos y los huevos con
una toalla seca. Los insectos pueden caminar por unos días despues del tratamiento. Si la
infestación es demasiada, tendrá que repetir el procedimiento arriba y avisar al gerente que el
problema no está resuelto.
6.
La gerencia será avisada de su cooperación y conformidad en cuanto estos procedimientos.
