Owing to the climatic characteristics of our territory and more than 10 years
of experience, we have learned to manage the optimal level of ripeness in
each variety, to obtain a sweet, juicy, aromatic and good eating quality fruit.
Moreover our plums are known to achieve big sizes and great taste, thus
making it the flagship product of HaciendasBio farming. The range we
grow includes some early and late varieties that offer a viable alternative to
overseas imports, reducing the “carbon footprint” that they imply.
Gracias a las características climáticas de nuestro territorio y a más de 10
años de experiencia, hemos aprendido a manejar el nivel de maduración
óptimo en cada variedad, obteniendo un fruto dulce, jugoso, aromático y
de buen comer.
Nuestras ciruelas se distinguen además por alcanzar calibres elevados y gran
sabor, lo que hace que sea considerado producto estrella de la agricultura
de HaciendasBio. El rango de variedades que cultivamos incluye algunas
precoces y tardías, que representan una alternativa válida a las importaciones
de ultramar, reduciendo la “huella de carbono” que estas implican.
