We are still in need to fill various volunteer opportunities for the week.

VBS Craft Team Needs Your Help!!! Please save empty egg cartons for
an upcoming VBS project. There are plastic bins in the Narthex
where your donation of empty egg cartons may be left.
Used Backpacks The Word of Life ministry is collecting
used backpacks which will be used in their homeless ministry. Toiletry items and rain ponchos will be assembled in
the backpacks, and then the backpacks will be distributed
to those in need. If you would like to donate your child's
backpack at the end of the school year, please use a Sharpie
marker to block out any personal information, such as your
child's name or address. Bins will be located in the Narthex
on May 22 and May 29 to collect any donated backpacks.
We are in need of donations of
NEW items of clothing, blankets, booties, caps, sleepers, etc., for our program. All items are distributed to families in need within our community. If you have any questions, please contact Rosemary Buckley at 770.427.2509.

Today’s psalm reminds us that we have been
crowned with glory and honor and given rule
over the works of God’s hands. But we must be
good stewards, for the Lord will surely hold us
accountable for the use of those gifts!
