Agenda
1. District Survey – To provide information for the LCAP
Parents received the district LCAP survey and provided specific information about their
students and how the district can meet their needs.
•
Communicating about when a student needs speech services
•
Communication with the teachers
•
Provide programs after school limits to the number of children in the program
with information about who can attend, when does the child need support, more
work
•
Early communication with parents.
•
After school program should be expanded.
•
Library use after school to support homework
•
Meetings with the teachers about how to support ELs at home with homework.
2. Michelle Walker addressed the parents with information about Cove School opening
including the guiding principles, the curriculum and programs that will be offered, after
school support and childcare, and transportation. The parents were also provided with
a summary of the process for indicating a school preference. Additional information will
be provided at the next ELAC meeting on January 15th at Neil Cummins and at Hall
Middle School date TBA.
2. Final Review of Survey Questions.
Questionnaires have been distributed. Some were completed at the meeting and others
will be returned by parents to Ms. Franco.

1 . Encuesta District - Proporcionar información para la LCAP
Los padres recibieron la encuesta LCAP distrito y proporcionaron información específica sobre sus alumnos y cómo
el distrito puede satisfacer sus necesidades.
• La comunicación sobre cuando un estudiante necesita servicios de voz
• La comunicación con los maestros
• Proporcionar programas después de escuela límites a la cantidad de niños en el programa con información sobre
quién puede asistir, ¿Cuándo necesita el apoyo del niño, más trabajo
• La comunicación temprana con los padres.
