‘Closing’ of Mercy Door and
Ministerio, Compartamos Nuestro Pan:
Sharing Our Daily Bread:
Este 12 y 13 de Noviembre, se cierra la Puerta de la
Misericordia. Este es el fin de semana regular de donar
alimentos para Compartamos Nuestro
Pan de Cada día, pero en esta ocasión
especial, el Padre Juan nos pide a todos no
entregar los alimentos hasta después de Misa.
Todos saldremos por la Puerta de la Misericordia - como simbolización que estamos
comprometidos a compartir la misericordia a
nuestra comunidad de una manera concreta y práctica. Además de la comida –tambien podría traer cobijas / bolsas de dormir / abrigos / pasta, cepillos de
dientes / calcetines. Si gusta, también puede trae
donación para Caridades Católicas.
On November 12-13, the Door of Mercy will be
closing. This is the regular weekend for collecting
food for Catholic Charities (Share
our daily bread), but on this special occasion, Father will ask everyone
to keep their food and bring it (after
Mass) as we all exit through the Door
of Mercy - as a way of symbolizing that
we are committed to taking mercy out
to our community in a concrete and practical
way. In addition to food - people might bring
blankets / sleeping bags / coats / toiletries /
socks. People may also bring a donation to use
for Catholic Charities.

un "pequeño libro azul" que será distribuido a cada familia
(español o inglés) en todas las misas en el fin de semana del
26 y 27 de Noviembre, le pediremos que tomen solo 6
minutos de oración, de los 1440 minutos en un día. No importa cuando, donde y con quien. Usted puede tener una
experiencia compartida con su familia, cónyuge, compañero o amigo. O usted puede elegir tener este momento

This year, to celebrate the Advent and Christmas seasons, we are launching a parish wide prayer experience
and hope that everyone will participate. The premise is
simple. We know that prayer adds to the quality of one’s
life and has a positive effect on those around us. Using a
“Little Blue Book” that will be distributed to each family
(Spanish or English) after all Masses on the weekend of
November 26th & 27th , we will ask that you spend 6
minutes in prayer, out of the 1440 minutes in a day. It
doesn’t matter when, where, or with whom. You can
make this a shared experience with your family, spouse,
co-worker or friend. Or you can choose to make this
time between you and God alone. There is no right or
wrong way. The only thing that matters is that you do it.
Please join with your priests, pastoral staff, and parish
community members and experience the difference that
six minutes can make!
