Welcome back!!
Summer vacation is coming to an end, and it’s time for school to begin again. I am
excited and ready for a school year full of learning, fun, and success for all students. We invite and welcome
you to join us in making this the best school year ever. In this newsletter is important information for a
successful start to the year. Feel free to ask me any questions you have. I look forward to meeting you and
working with you this year!

Important Dates & Times

Arrival & Dismissal Procedures
NO STUDENT SHOULD BE ON THE SCHOOL GROUNDS BEFORE 8:35 am
(unless they are having breakfast in the cafeteria).

Students for Breakfast: Enter through the main doors beginning
at 8:15 AM (Parents can drop students off at the main doors, but
may not go to the cafeteria).

Students not having breakfast: Kdg & 1st graders enter the
Southeast doors (by the cafeteria); 2nd & 3rd graders enter the
Northwest doors; 4th – 6th graders enter the Southwest doors
beginning at 8:45. **For the first week of school, homeroom
teachers will meet their class lines outside and escort them
into the building.

Students attend full day

Breakfast served:
8:15 - 8:30 daily

School begins: 8:50 am
Dismissal: 3:00 pm
Students arriving after 8:50 am should enter through the main
doors by the office for a Tardy Slip.

2nd - 6th grades are dismissed from the same doors they enter. Older siblings must wait outside to pick up
students at dismissal. Kdg and 1st graders are dismissed from the cafeteria, where an adult must sign them out.
SCHOOL UNIFORM POLICY
All students are required to be in
uniform every day. The uniform
consists of black bottoms, white
shirts, & black shoes.
Please refer to your district
handbook/calendar for specific details
regarding the dress code.

Bienvenido! Vacaciones de verano está terminado y es hora de que la escuela comience. Estoy
muy emocionado y listo para un año escolar lleno de aprendizaje, la diversión y el éxito de todos los
estudiantes. Invitamos y damos la bienvenida a unirse a nosotros para hacer de este el mejor año de la
escuela nunca. En este boletín es información importante para comenzar bien el año. No dude en hacer

Llegada y Despedida Procedimientos
NINGÚN ESTUDIANTE DEBE ESTAR EN LA ESCUELA ANTES DE 8:35 am
(a menos que estén desayunando en la cafetería).
• Los estudiantes de Desayuno: Entra por las puertas principales, a
las 8:15 AM (Los padres pueden dejar a sus hijos a la puerta
principal, pero no pueden ir a la cafetería).
• Los estudiantes que no quieren el desayuno: Kdg y 1st grado entran
en las puertas del Sudeste (junto a la cafetería); 2nd y 3rd grado
entran en las puertas del Noroeste; 4th – 6th grado entran en las
puertas de Suroeste a las 8:45. ** Para la primera semana de
clases, los maestros se reunirán con sus líneas de clase afuera y
acompañarlos en el edificio.
Los estudiantes que lleguen después de las 8:50 am deben
entrar por la puerta principal de la oficina para un pase de
tardanza.

• 2nd-6th grado están destituidos de la misma puerta que entran. Los hermanos mayores tienen que
esperar fuera a recoger a los estudiantes en el despido. Kdg y 1st grado están destituidos de la cafetería,
donde un adulto debe firmar la salida.

ESCUELA POLÍTICA UNIFORME
Todos los estudiantes están obligados a
estar en uniforme todos los días. El
uniforme consiste en pantalones
negros, camisa blanca y zapatos
negros.
