Due to liability reasons, the staff are not
permitted to lend out any tools or property
of the building. Please plan your moves
and deliveries accordingly. It is also the
responsibility of the tenant to remove all
unwanted furniture and household items
from the property. Please do not leave such
items in the common areas. This has been
occurring recently, and has cost us about
$100.00 or more per month for removal.
Thank you for your cooperation in these
matters.
