Info for PSAT:
Students will be working to prepare for this upcoming test in their classes. To help them become familiar with
the test, there are many resources parents can check out. There are free, personalized, focused practiced resources for all students available on Khan Academy. To access Khan Academy, visit collegereadiness.collegeboard.org for information
Attendance Tips:
Remember attendance is important! Please make routine doctor/dental appointments after school
hours. If you have to make a medical appointment during the school day, please try and allow your
student to be at school for most of the day and let the school know in advance.

When students improve their attendance rates, they improve their academic prospects and
chances for graduating.
 Attendance habits students develop, will carry over into their lives and careers.
Talk about the importance of showing up to school everyday, make that the expectation.
Frontier STEM is in the process of starting a Parent Teacher Organization and looking for parents who are
interested in volunteering their time and serving as an advocate for the school. If interested, please contact

Los estudiantes estarán trabajando para prepararse para esta próxima prueba en sus clases. Para ayudarles
a familiarizarse con la prueba, hay muchos recursos que los padres pueden comprobar hacia fuera. Existen
recursos gratuitos, personalizados, enfocados practicadas para todos los estudiantes disponibles en Khan

Consejos de asistencia:
Recuerde la asistencia es importante! Por favor, haga el médico / citas dentales de rutina después del horario
escolar. Si tiene que hacer una cita médica durante el horario escolar, por favor tratar de permitir que su estudiante sea en la escuela la mayor parte del día y dejar saber a la escuela con antelación.
