SAKURA-NAKAYA ALIMENTOS, LTDA. was founded in 1940 by Mr. Suekichi Nakaya, a Japanese immigrant who arrived in Brazil at
the beginning of the 20th century.
Making use of his enterprising spirit, Mr. Nakaya began to manufacture soy-based products, using centuries of old Japanese natural
fermentation technology, however adapting it to the habits and customs of Brazilians and those of other South American countries. These are
the beginnings of Sakura Soy Sauce, with its unmistakable unique formula, based on soy and corn. Its balanced aroma and smooth flavor have
won over consumers, and today is sold throughout all of Brazil and neighboring countries.

Using traditional natural fermentation processes, combined with cutting edge equipment, Sakura Soy Sauce takes at least six months to be
ready. Throughout this period, highly trained technicians constantly monitor the product. The result is a unique high quality product.
Always endeavoring to meet the demands of the global market, SAKURA NAKAYA ALIMENTOS LTDA is developing a non-transgenic
soy certification program. Through the use of select seeds and constant supervision, we can guarantee that none of our products have been
manufactured using genetically modified materials.

SAKURA-NAKAYA ALIMENTOS, LTDA. fue fundada en 1940 por el Sr. Suekichi Nakaya, inmigrante japonés que llegó a Brasil en el
inicio del siglo XX.
Con su espíritu emprendedor, Sr. Nakaya inició la fabricación de productos a base de soja utilizando la secular tecnología japonesa de
fermentación natural, no obstante, adaptándola a los hábitos y costumbres brasileños y de los países de América del Sur. Así nació la Salsa
de Soja Sakura, con su inconfundible y única fórmula a base de soja y maíz. El aroma equilibrado y su sabor suave conquistaron los
consumidores y se encuentran hoy presentes en todos los puntos de venta importantes de Brasil y de los países vecinos.
Utilizando el tradicional método de fermentación natural, combinado con equipos de alta tecnología, la Salsa de Soja
Sakura lleva por lo menos seis meses para ser preparada. A lo largo de todo este período el producto es constantemente monitoreado
por técnicos altamente capacitados. El resultado es un producto único y primoroso.
Siempre preocupada en atender a las exigencias del mercado mundial, SAKURA NAKAYA ALIMENTOS LTDA. está
desarrollando un programa de certificación de soja no transgénica. A través de semillas seleccionadas y con supervisión constante
aseguramos que ninguno de nuestros productos fue manufacturado con el uso de materias primas genéticamente modificadas.
La preocupación con la calidad de los productos es constante. A lo largo de su historia de muchos años la
empresa ha buscado en todas las partes del mundo las mejores tecnologías y soluciones, los mejores
