This stand alone unit can be used for the preparation of dried materials like roots, barks, herbs, medicinal plants etc.
All the parts to contact with the vegetable are in stainless steel for foods; supplied with the equipment a standard sieve sizes from
2 to 10 mm and an accessory to push the plant. To preserve the products thermolabili it is equipped with a safety system that stops
the equipment in case of overheating.

ESSENTIAL OIL EXTRACTORS
ESSENTIAL OILS An essential oil is a concentrated liquid
containing volatile aroma compounds from plant (berries,
seeds, bark, wood, rhizomz, leaves, resin, flowers, peel, root).
They are used in perfumes, cosmetics and other products, for
plavoring food and drink, etc. Essential oils are generally
extracted by steam distillation.
STEAM DISTILLATION It’s an apparently easy process, but
it must be executed in the correct way, especially to avoid the
oxidation and the polymerization of the thermolabile compounds
that compose the essential oil. A not correct condensation
can change the more delicate floral fragrances of the essential
oil and also the component water-soluble that compose the
most aromatic fraction of hydrolat (or aromatic water).
DIA-FLOR MODELS We have planned these equipments for
getting a perfect steam distillation. They are available in
various models with capacities of 12 - 20 - 60 - 125 - 250 liters.
The time of a complete cycle is about 45/50 minutes; possibility
to make many cycles per day.
HUILES ESSENTIELLES On appelle huile essentielle le
liquide concentré des composés aromatiques volatils d’une
plante (bries, graines, écorces, bois, feuilles, racines, resin,
fleurs). Le huiles essentielles sont utilisés dans le secteur
pharmaceutique, cosmetique, boisson, parfumerie, arôme
alimentaires etc. La plupart des huiles essentielles sont
obtenues par distillation et entrainement par la vapeur d’eau.
EXTRACTION PAR DISTILLATION Il est un procès
apparemment facíle mais il doit être fait dans la manière
correcte pour éviter l’oxydation et la polymérisation des
composés thermolabiles qu’ils composent l’huile essentielle.
Une condensation pas correcte endommage les fragrances
florales plus délicates qu’ils composent les huiles essentielles
et, au même temps, les composantes hydrosolubles qui
représentent la fraction plus aromatique de l’hydrolat (ou eau
aromatique).
DIA-FLOR MODELES Pour obtenir une distillation parfaite
nous avons projeté ces appareils. Ils sont plusieurs modèles
avec de capacité de 12 - 20 - 60 - 125 - 250 litres. Le temps d’un
cycle complète est d’environ des 45/50 minutes; possibilité de
faire beaucoup de cycles au jour.
ACEITES ESENCIALES Los aceites esenciales son mezclas
de varias sustancias quimicas biosintetizadas por la plantas
(flores, frutos, madera, hojas, raiz, resina etc.) Se trata de
productos quimicos intensamente aromaticos, insolubles en
agua y se oxidan por exposicion al aire. Se utilizan en
perfumeria, en la industria de bebidas, farmaceutica,
alimentos, cosmeticos etc.
DESTILACION EN CORRIENTE DE VAPOR Tambien un
proceso aparentemente facil debe hacerse de la manera
correcta sobre todo para evitar la oxiidacion y polimerizacion
de los compuestos termicamente labiles de los aceites
esenciales. Una condensacion no correcta altera las
fragrancias floreales mas delicadas de los aceites esenciales
y, al mismo tiempo, los compuestos hidrosolubles que
representan la fraccion mas aromatica del hydrolato (o agua
aromatica).
DIA-FLOR MODELOS Para conseguir una perfecta destilaciòn
hemos planeado estos equipos. Son disponibles diferente
modelos con capacidad de 12 - 20 - 60 - 125 - 250 litros.
El tiempo de un ciclo completo es de aproximadamente
45/50 minutos; posibilidad de hacer muchos ciclos al dia.
