The CAN system

The Negri Bossi injection presses include the CAN system
(Controller Area Network), an intelligent technology that
controls machine functions . An electronic card (PCMCIA)
mounted onto each press enables connection via radio,
from all the machines in the factory to a reception point, which
is connected to a PC via a modem. This local area network
(LAN) is connected to the Worldwide Area Network (WAN)
that operates through an ISDN line and the Internet. The
transmitted data is collected in real time by the Negri
Bossi Call Centre which immediately provides tele-assistance
or any other service requested directly by the machine.
Las prensas por inyección Negri Bossi están equipadas con el sistema
CAN (Controller Area Network), una tecnología inteligente que controla las funciones de la máquina. Una tarjeta electrónica (PCMCIA)
montada en cada prensa permite una conexión por radio desde todas las máquinas del establecimiento a un punto de recepción que, a
su vez, está conectado a un PC equipado con módem. Este network
local (LAN) gracias al módem, está conectado a la red informática
