Resident Meeting February 7, 2013 Agnor
Greenfield Mobile Home Park, LLC Piedmont Housing Alliance Resident Meeting February 7, 2013 Agnor-Hurt Elementary Future Planning for Residents and Staff The Greenfield Mobile Home Park (GMHP) will be closing on June 30, 2013 due to failing infrastructure. Residents will be expected to vacate the Park on or before June 30, 2013. To help residents find housing, Greenfield Mobile Home Park has joined forces with the Piedmont Housing Alliance (PHA) to help residents find housing alternatives. PHA will work with residents one-on-one to assess their current situation and help residents understand their options. There will be three housing counselors assigned to residents of GMHP; their contact information is below. Please contact one of the housing counselors to set up an assessment meeting. If a lessee relocates prior to June 30, 2013, this lessee will be released from any further rent obligation remaining under the terms of the lease with GMHP. This consideration is designed to offset any period of multiple housing payments during relocation. We would like this transition to be as smooth as possible for all residents. So, if there are any additional questions, please contact Pete Borches of Greenfield Mobile Home Park at 434-220-8831.
