on esta nueva edición nos reinventamos para adaptarnos a la nueva situación económica con la que nos ha tocado lidiar. A pesar de ello continuamos apostando por este gran evento internacional y utilizando mucho el “ingenio”, ya que en esta ocasión podremos visitar y descubrir los países de Asia,
América, África y Europa gracias a sus músicas y bailes. Deseo que todo el pueblo de Ingenio vuelva a disfrutar y acoger con mucho cariño a los que nos visitan, dando a conocer una de nuestras mayores virtudes: nuestra hospitalidad.
Gracias a todos los que con su granito de arena han contribuido para que este
evento realce aun más el nombre de Ingenio más allá de nuestras fronteras.
Enhorabuena a toda la organización y trabajadores municipales que dan todo
de sí para conseguir el resultado siempre alcanzado: Un festival cada año más
logrado.
Como Alcalde es un orgullo para mi invitar a todos a que participen de este
espectáculo y gocen un año más de la magia del folclore.

ith this new edition we reinvent ourselves to adapt to the new economic
situation which we have had to deal with. Despite this, we continue with
our commitment with this major international event and using much of our
“wit”, because this time we can visit and discover the countries of Asia, America,
Africa and Europe thanks to their music and dances. I wish all the people of
Ingenio may enjoy our Festival and welcome our visitors with great affection,
revealing one of our greatest strengths: our hospitality.
Thanks to all who have had their bit in helping this event further enhancing the
name of Ingenio beyond our borders. Congratulations to the entire organization and city workers who have given their very best to get the result always
achieved every year: A festival that is in constant improvement.
As a Mayor, it is an honor for me to invite everyone to participate and enjoy this
show one more year with the magic of folklore.

on la misma ilusión de hace casi dos décadas y con el ímpetu y la seguridad
que nos anima tras dieciseis ediciones compartidas con una gran diversidad de culturas, es nuestro deseo fijar los pilares de nuestra muestra solidaria
y compartir esfuerzos y alegrías ante una realidad que casi nos obliga a ofrecer alternativas culturales como esta nueva edición en la Villa de Ingenio que
ayuden a sobrellevar con expectativas optimistas la incertidumbre general que
nos rodea.
La paz y la calidez que se respira en nuestro Ingenio, es muestra sin par del espíritu solidario y hospitalario de sus pobladores y es un hecho que es un pueblo
que ha sabido combinar con buen criterio su pasado histórico
con la modernidad.
Es inevitable que las circunstancias económicas y financieras de
las que últimamente somos partícipes, logren alterar el familiar
y dúctil azote de nuestros alisios e incluso logren desestabilizar
nuestra habitual paz social y hasta consiga tambalear los firmes
castillos culturales nacidos al socaire de una cultura subsidiada. No debemos ser cómplices ni permisivos entendiendo que
el mundo cambia a velocidad de vértigo y que somos nosotros
quienes estamos obligados a adaptarnos y encontrar viabilidad para coadyuvar al logro de una sociedad más justa. Y esto
trasciende a lo puramente económico para anclarse en lo más
profundo de la educación y la cultura: las condiciones difíciles
son ocasiones necesarias para forjar la personalidad de los pueblos. Esto justifica, sin ningún género de dudas, la existencia y
la pervivencia del Festival Internacional de Folklore.
Por ello, desde “Coros y Danzas de Ingenio”, grupo organizador, voluntarios
y responsables políticos deseamos que una vez más el festival sea disfrutado
como un proyecto de participación y muestra de ello es que en la presente edición, además de las embajadas que nos visitan, también estará presente FERINE, como signo de comunión de objetivos e intereses de carácter cultural. Por
eso es nuestro deseo que todos y cada uno de nosotros podamos disfrutar con
nuestra presencia, alegría, respeto y tolerancia. Una vez más, se convertirá en
muestra de solidaridad, comprensión, comunicación, de encuentro y así el festival quedará perennizado para generaciones futuras.

ith the same enthusiasm for almost two decades and the impetus and
security that encourages us after seventeen editions shared with a great
diversity of cultures, we want to set the pillars of our show of solidarity and
share efforts, joys, to a reality that almost forces us to provide cultural alternatives as this new edition in the Village of Ingenio to help cope with optimistic
expectations the overall uncertainty that surrounds us.
The peace and warmth that is breathed in our Ingenio is an unparalleled sample
of the solidarity and hospitality of its people and is a fact that is a town that has
combined with good judgment its historical past with modernity.
Inevitably, the economic and financial circumstances of which
we participate lately, alter the familiar and flexible scourge
of our winds and even destabilize our usual social peace and
shake the firm cultural castles born in the lee of a subsidized
culture. We should not be complicit or lax understanding that
the world changes at breakneck speed and that we are the ones
who are forced to adapt and find viable ways to contribute to
the achievement of a fair society. And this goes beyond the
purely economic sector to anchor in the depths of education
and culture: the sometimes difficult conditions are necessary to
shape the personality of the people. This justifies, without any
doubt, the existence and survival of the international folklore
festival.
Therefore, from “Songs and Dances of Ingenio”, group organizer, volunteers and policy makers hope that once again the
festival is enjoyed as a participation project and proof of this is that in this edition, besides the embassies that visit us, FERINE will also be present as a sign
of common purpose and interests of a cultural nature, so it is our desire that
each and every one of us enjoy with our presence, joy, respect and tolerance and
where once again the Festival may become an exhibition of solidarity, understanding, communication and meeting, so that it can be perpetuated for future
generations.

Al finalizar se llevará a cabo “Las comidas interculturales” en la Plaza Adolfo

que nos visitarán, la Federación Estatal de Asociaciones de Inmigrantes y Refugiados (FERINE), la Asociación de Caladoras Villa de Ingenio (ACVI), grupos y

Parranda El Draguillo y Parranda Aguaiza), diferentes familias del municipio y

de la geografía de Gran Canaria.
10:00 horas.- Recepción del Alcalde de la Villa a las embajadas culturales
que nos visitarán en el Salón de Plenos del Ayuntamiento de Ingenio.
11:00 horas.- Visita guiada por la Villa de Ingenio en la que participarán los
componentes de los diferentes grupos.
20:30 horas.- Pasacalles desde La Cantonera hasta la Plaza de La Candelaria. En el mismo participarán todos los grupos de nuestra villa que lo deseen,
así como las diferentes embajadas que nos visitan: Osetia, México, Togo,
Nueva Zelanda, España (Granada) y FERINE (Federación Estatal de Asociaciones de Inmigrantes y Refugiados).
Al finalizar el pasacalles, tendrá lugar la actuación de los grupos extranjeros y posteriormente se llevará a cabo la entrega de presentes por parte de la
organización a los diferentes grupos.

Viernes, 27 de Julio:
Última sesión de las VI Jornadas Etnográficas “Cultura y Compromiso”.
10:30 horas.- Talleres, intercambio de ideas, experiencias, opiniones, etc. entre los componentes de los grupos participantes y el público en general, a los
que podrán asistir todas las personas que lo deseen y donde se llevará a cabo
una exhibición de juegos autóctonos (lucha canaria, juego del palo, ensayo
del himno del Festival a cargo de su autor Don Blas Sánchez Hernández), en el
Campo de Luchas de Los Molinillos.
11:30 horas.- “Ven a bailar con el festival” en la plazoleta de Los Molinillos.
20:30 horas.- Pasacalles en Carrizal, con salida desde la Avenida Carlos V y
recorrido hasta el Centro Cívico de Carrizal, en el que participarán todos los
grupos que conforman la presente edición. Al finalizar el pasacalles actuarán
los grupos visitantes en el Centro Cívico de Carrizal.

20:30 hours. - Parade from “La Cantonera” to the La Candelaria Square. It
will involve all the groups in our town which wish to participate, and the various
embassies which visit us: Ossetia, Mexico, Togo, New Zealand, Spain (Granada) and FERINE (Federation of Associations of Immigrants and Refugees).
At the end of the parade, it will take place the performance of foreign groups
and then carry out the delivery of presents by the organization to different
groups.

Last session of the Sixth Ethnographic Conference “Culture and Commitment.”
10:30 am. - Workshops, exchange of ideas, experiences, opinions, etc.. between the components of the participating groups and the general public, who
may attend all the people who want to participate and where they will hold an
exhibition of indigenous games (Canarian wrestling, stick game, testing the
hymn of the Festival by its author Don Blas Sánchez Hernández) at the Campo
de Luchas de Los Molinillos..
11:30 am. - “Come and dance with the festival” in Los Molinillos Square.
20:30 hours. - Parade at Carrizal, departing from Avenida Carlos V and moving to the Civic Center of Carrizal, with the participation of all groups that make
up this edition.
At the end of the parade the groups will perform at the Civic Center of Carrizal.

Grupo de danza
folklórica
“Gorec” es el grupo de danza folklórica de la Universidad Agraria Estatal Gorskiy de Vladikavkaz. Fue creado en 1961. El director artístico del
grupo es el prestigioso artista de la República de Osetia del Norte Uriy
Alborov.
Los miembros son siempre estudiantes y adultos de la universidad. Por
sus magistrales interpretaciones “Gorec” fue galardonado con el título de
“Conjunto de Honor de la República”.
El programa de “Gorec” se construye sobre la base de la larga tradición
folklórica de Osetia y la música.
Durante los años de trabajo de Uriy Alborov en “Gorec”, se llevan a cabo
estas actuaciones: “Simd”, “Danza con dagas”, “Danza de las jóvenes”,
“Danza Gorrskiy”, “Vals de Osetia”, “Danza oriental con vasos”, “Danza
con sables“, danza adjariana “Gandagan”, ”Khonga Kaft “, “danza abjasiana“, ”danza Tagyarskiy“, ”Kartuli“, ”niña traviesa Alanian “,” danzaTualkii “ y
así sucesivamente.
Este laureado grupo ha obtenido premios en muchos concursos nacionales e internacionales. También tiene experiencia en giras artísticas internacionales.
Osetia del Norte
“Gorec” is the group of folk dance of Gorskiy State Agrarian University of Vladikavkaz. It was created in 1961. The artistic director of the
group is Honored Artist of the North Ossetia’s Republic Uriy Alborov.
The members are always students and seniors of the university. For
the great masterly performance “Gorec” was awarded with the status
“Honored ensemble of republic”.
The program of “Gorec” is constructed on the base of time-honored
Ossetian dance folklore and music.
During the years of Uriy Alborov’s work in “Gorec” such perfomanses
were carry out: “Simd”, “Dance with daggers”, “Girl’s dance”, “Gorrskiy dance”, “Ossetian waltz”, “Eastern dance with glasses”, “Dance
with sabres”, Adjarian dance “Gandagan”, “Khonga kaft”, “ Abkhazian
dance”, “Tagyarskiy dance”, “Kartuli”, “Alanian mischievous girl”, “Tualkii dance” and so on.
Honored ensemble “Gorec” is a laureate of many national, all-Russian
and international competitions and prizes. Also ensemble has large
tour experience.
Nga Uri Te
Las comunidades Tamaki de Glen Innes, England Pt y Panmure se
asientan de lado a lado en las orillas del río Wai-o-Taiki. Para la mayoría de los que viven aquí, el vínculo con sus hogares ancestrales
y su Marae son limitados o inexistentes, por lo que a las personas
les pueden resultar difícil descubrir su verdadera identidad y pueden
llegar a tener vidas vacías. Para los maoríes, nuestra identidad no está
solo dentro de nuestras familias, sino también en nuestro Maunga
(montañas), nuestro Awa (ríos), el Whenua (tierra), Te Reo (el idioma)
y en nuestro Marae. El grupo fue llamado Nga Uri Te Wai-o-Taiki para
dar su conexión a sus miembros con el río junto al que la mayoría

Ruapotaka Marae es donde el grupo se fundó y es aquí donde nuestros miembros son capaces de identificarse con Marae. Se convierten
en parte de una comunidad más amplia whanau y juntos se fortalecen por el conocimiento de sus antepasados, es decir, Tikanga (protocolos), Te Reo (el idioma), canciones y baile.
La Marae y la comunidad se asientan a los pies de Maungarei (Mt
Wellington), la montaña que es considerada por nosotros como una
conexión con las tribus de Tainui y Ngati Whatua.
El principal objetivo de Nga Uri Te Wai-o-Taiki es fomentar y desarrollar la comprensión de estos elementos en la senda para descubrir la
verdadera identidad y el orgullo de los maoríes. Los grupos se esfuerzan por alcanzar altos estándares en la disciplina, el compromiso, el
trabajo en equipo y la interpretación. Se les enseña las filosofías y enseñanzas de alto nivel y el trabajo duro, y alentamos a los miembros a
plasmarlos en su propia vida cotidiana mientras aprenden.

The Tamaki communities of Glen Innes, Pt England and Panmure sit side
by side on the banks of the Wai-o-Taiki River. For many Māori who live
here, the connection to their ancestral homes and to their Marae are
limited or is non-existent; therefore people can find it hard to discover
their true identities and can become held back in their lives. For Māori,
our identity is not only within our families, but also in our Maunga (mountains), our Awa (rivers), the Whenua (land), Te Reo (the language) and
in our Marae. The group was named Nga Uri a Te Wai-o-Taiki to give its
members connection to the river that the majority of them grew up next
to, and has in the sense become for them their ancestral river. The name
literally translates – ‘The descendants of the Wai-o-Taiki’.
Ruapotaka Marae is where the group is based and it is here where our
members are able to have identity with Marae. They become a part of
a wider whanau community and together become empowered by the
knowledge of their ancestors; that is, Tikanga (protocols), Te Reo (the
language), songs and dance.
The Marae and the community sit at the foot of Maungarei (Mt Wellington), the mountain that is often regarded to us as a connection to the
tribes of Tainui and Ngati Whatua.
A key focus of Nga Uri a Te Wai-o-Taiki is to nurture and develop the understanding of these elements in the journey to discovering true identity
and pride as Māori. The groups strive to attain high standards in discipline, commitment, team work and performance. The philosophies and
teachings of high standards and hard work are taught, and we encourage
members to translate these into their own everyday lives as they learn.
Nga Uri a Te Wai-o-Taiki is a community group that helps to empower its
members by developing self-esteem and confidence and strengthening
the concept of whanau.

Zomabléo en español significa «nadie se divierte con el fuego».
Los objetivos de este grupo son, por un lado, el establecer retos para
sus propios creadores y el ser críticos con la cultura togolesa. También es
un reto para todos aquellos que no creen que la cultura es un elemento
esencial del desarrollo.
El emblema de Zomabléo está simbolizado por un cráneo humano en un
trono real, escupiendo fuego, el símbolo del poder y la solidaridad que
significa “que nadie se divierte con el fuego”.
Nuestro grupo está registrado en Ministerio de Seguridad Nacional de la
República de Togo desde el 28 de febrero de 2001, con N ° 1015.
Zomabléo ha tomado parte en festivales nacionales en África y en festivales internacionales de Folklore en el sur de África, Túnez, Ghana, Benin,
Burkina Fasso, Costa de Marfil y Portugal desde 2002.
Togo
Zomabléo in English means « no one ever has fun with fire ».
The objectives of this group as challenge by the initiators themselves
and critics of the Togolese culture. It is also a challenge to all those
who do not believe that culture is an essential element of development.
The emblem of Zomabléo is symbolized by a human skull on a royal
throne, spiriting fire, the symbol of power and solidarity which means
“no one ever has fun with fire”.
Our group is registered at National security Ministry of the Togolese
Republic since February 28, 2001 with N°1015.
Zomabléo take part of National, African and International folklore
festival in South Africa, Tunisia, Ghana, Benin, Burkina Fasso, Ivoiry
Coast and Portugal since 2002.

Universidad Autónoma de
El ballet folklórico nace en el año de 1982, como una agrupación
integrada por adolescentes y adultos universitarios en esa temporada
bajo la dirección de la profesora. Carmen Valdés, pionera del folklore
coahuilense.
En el año 2000 bajo un concepto dancístico donde la búsqueda de la
construcción y reconstrucción del mismo son una dualidad constante
que permite visionar un trabajo dinámico y actualizado en el marco
del contexto nacional, la dirección recae bajo la responsabilidad del
lic. Miguel Ángel Salazar Valdés.
En su corta estadía bajo la actual dirección pero ante la disciplina
que el área obliga la calidad del trabajo le han permitido ubicarse
como una de las agrupaciones más destacadas en su entidad federativa.
Folk ballet is born in the year of 1982, as a consortium consisting of teen
and adult college, in that season under the direction of teacher Carmen
Valdés, a pioneer of folklore Coahuila.
In the year 2000, under a concept of dance in search of the construction

bailes regionales de
A iniciativa del Excmo. Ayuntamiento de Granada se funda en el año 1980
el Grupo Municipal de Bailes Regionales de dicha ciudad, realizando su
presentación oficial el día 1 de febrero de 1981, con motivo de la festividad del patrón de la ciudad, S. Cecilio. Desde su formación el Grupo ha
venido realizando un gran número de actuaciones y muestras de folclore
en todos los barrios de Granada, pueblos de dicha capital, diversas ciudades de Andalucía y de nuestro país y ha visitado diferentes países europeos, entre los que podemos destacar Holanda, Francia, Italia, Yugoslavia,
Dinamarca, Alemania y un largo etcétera, llevando a cabo una labor de
recuperación y puesta en escena de las danzas y bailes más típicos del
folclore granadino y andaluz.
En su repertorio destacamos varios apartados, así, los llamados bailes
“catetos”, que son los típicos de la zona de la Alpujarra granadina, o también llamados del “interior”, donde se ha rescatado el llamado traje de
labradores, un segundo grupo compuesto por los bailes del litoral granadino, los cuales se ejecutan con el traje de “Costa”, un tercer grupo de
danzas denominadas bailes de majos, interpretados con el traje típico
de maja granadina, y finalmente las danzas del Reino de Granada, con
el traje de faralaes o también popularmente conocido como vestuario
flamenco.

At the initiative of Hon. City of Granada, the Municipal Group of Regional Dance of the city was founded in 1980 , making its official
launch on February 1, 1981, with the occasion of the feast of the patron of the city, S. Cecilio. Since its formation the group has been
conducting a number of performances and displays of folklore in all
neighborhoods of Granada, towns of the capital, several cities of Andalusia and of our country and has visited several European countries, among which we highlight Netherlands France, Italy, Yugoslavia,
Denmark, Germany and many others, carrying out recovery work and
staging of the dances typical of Granada and the Andalusian folklore.
Its repertoire highlights several sections, so-called dancing “legs” that
are typical of the area of the Alpujarra, or also called the “inside”,
which has rescued the suite called farmers, a second group of dances
by the coast of Granada, which run under the garb of “Coast”, a third
group of dancers called majos dances, performed with the maja costume of Granada, and finally dances the Kingdom of Granada, in the
suit ruffled or also popularly known as flamenco wardrobe.

Fundada en 1973, su presidenta es Dña.
María Jesús López Rodríguez (Conchita),
que dirige a su vez la danza de la agrupación, siendo el director musical D. Dionisio
Alemán López. El grupo lo componen unas 50 personas, con edades
comprendidas entre los 3 y los 80 años. El vestuario es variado, de diversas épocas. Tienen un total de 6 grabaciones (3 en cinta cassette y 3 en
cd). Han participado en diversas grabaciones en televisión y radio, festival nacional e internacional, homenajes, romerías, etc. Las Mahoreras es
también Asociación Cultural, y durante el año organiza talleres de música
y danza, belén viviente, encuentro cultural canario-saharaui, homenajes
a personas relevantes, etc.
A. F. LAS MAHORERAS
Founded in 1973, its president is Mrs María Jesús López Rodríguez
(Conchita), who directs the dance section of the group, and Mr Dionisio Alemán López is the music rector. The group is composed by 50
members, between 3 and 80 years old. The costumes are varied from
television, national and international festivals, tributes, pilgrimages,
etc. Mahoreras is also a cultural association and during the year they
orrganise music and dance workshops, living Nativity scenes, Canarysaharan cultural encounters , tributes to relevant people, etc.

Esta Agrupación fue fundada en septiembre de 1999, con pensamiento de integrarse en el mundo del folklore con un repertorio de canciones y bailes tradicionales de
las islas. Lucen la vestimenta de campesinos de finales del siglo XIX y principios del XX. Cuentan con dos cuerpos
de baile, uno de adultos y otro infantil, formado por 59 componentes.

This group was created in september 1999, with thought of being
integrated in the world of the folklore with repertoire of songs and
traditional dances of the islands. They wear the gear of peasantas of
final of the XIX century and principles of the XIX century. They have

Roja-Moscú, etc), rescatando arcaísmos como la Isa de la Paría, Polkas
(Capotín, Artesano), Sorondongo, etc. Cuenta con el nombre de una calle
en nuestro municipio, actuaciones ante los Príncipes de España, de Noruega, presidente de China, Roque Nublo de Plata del Cabildo de G.C.,
reconocimiento del Vaticano, SS.MM. los Reyes, entre otros méritos. Coros y Danzas de Ingenio, cuna del folklore local y velador de tradiciones

Coros y Danzas de Ingenio (1949-2012), decan group, coming from
the extinct Sección Femenina, true rampart of traditions, having
schools of traditional dances and craft, international ambassador in
continents: Europe, África, Asia and America (Lapoland-Finland, San
Antonio-Texas, Red Square-Moscow, etc.) rescuing archaisms like Isa
de la Paría, Polkas (capotín, ärtisan), sorondongo, etc. There is a street
with our name in our municipality, perfomances for the princes fvrom
Spain, from Norway, president of China, Silver Roque Nublo of the
Town Council of G.C., recognition of the Vatican, SS.MM. the spanish
Kings, among merits. Coros y Danzas de Ingenio, cradle of the local
folklore and watchman of traditions.

Los comienzos de la agrupación datan del
año 1979. El nombre es un homenaje a los
artesanos de Ingenio que con sus trabajos
de artesanía dieron fama a este municipio.
En el palmarés de esta agrupación está la recopilación de muchos temas
inéditos de música. Han llevado nuestra música y baile Galicia, Cantabria,
Asturias, etc., y a Francia, Portugal, Italia, etc. Organizan normalmente el
Encuentro Zonal Villa de Ingenio y colaboran con el Festival Nacional de
Guía y el Festival Internacional de Folklore Villa de Ingenio.
A. F. LOS ARTESANOS
This group was created in 1979. The name is a homage to the artisans of ingenio, that with its works of craft of soaked, traperas, works
in wool, etc., they gave fame to this municipality. Many unpublished
topics of music are in the palmares of this group. They have perfomed
our music and dances in many regions (Galicia, Cantabria, Asturias),
and in many countries (France, Portugal, Italy, etc). Usually they organize the zonal encounter Villa de Ingenio and they collaborate with
National Festival in Guia and with the International Festival Exhibition
of Nations in Ingenio
A. F. GUAYADEQUE
La Agrupación Folklórica Guayadeque
comienza en los años 1974-75 a impartir
clases de música y baile. En la actualidad
consta de unos 60 miembros. La vestimenta se asimila a la que antiguamente se usaba en Carrizal, destacándose las telas de dril, percal, muselina, lino, hilo y
lana. El vestuario actual fue presentado el 18 de febrero de 1995.

It begins work between 1974-75, teaching musvic and dancing lessons. Nodaways it is formed by 60 members. The costumes used are
similar to the ounes used formely in Carrizal, using a diversity of fabrics such as linen, wool, muslin, ercvale or drill. the present costume
was presented on 18th february 1995.

Hablar de Moda Calada es hablar de originalidad, estilo, distinción y elegancia. Estamos hablando de una moda sobresaliente en sus propuestas

artífices de la Moda Calada sea la búsqueda de nuevos mercados para
la producción del calado, siempre se intenta mirar hacia el futuro y qué
mejor momento para rememorar los grandes diseños de la historia de
la Moda Calada.
Un nutrido equipo de artesanas caladoras, reunidas en torno a la ASOCIACIÓN DE CALADORAS VILLA DE INGENIO (ACVI), vierte sus esfuerzos y entusiasmos en llevar a cabo un acontecimiento social esperado
por todos.
La colección de esta XIII edición vuelve a conjugar una línea clásica con
diseños vanguardistas. Moda Calada ofrece un apartado muy destacado
a prendas que sirvan para momentos especiales como trajes de novia y
de primera comunión.
El día 13 de octubre de 2012 a las 20:00 horas el Centro Cultural de la
Villa de Ingenio Federico García Lorca se engalanará para recibir una
estupenda colección de diseñadores de gran relevancia como Cristóbal
Vidal, Juan Peñate y Juan Carlos Armas entrelazando con exquisito cariño
una línea joven con el hermoso “arte” del calado.

distinction and elegance. We are talking about an outstanding
fashion in its fresh, light, easy-wear proposals, suitable for people of
all ages. We find a line of design with thirteen years of experience
that will commemorate its anniversary with a new parade. And while
the goal of the authors of openwork fashion is to find new markets
for the production of the clothing, we always try to look ahead and
this is a good time to remember the great designs of the history of
fashion in this event.
A large team of artisans, gathered around the Association of
Openwork Sewers City of Ingenio, poured their efforts and enthusiasm
in carrying out a social event awaited by everyone.
The collection of this XIII edition returns to combine a classic line with
modern designs. Openwork fashion section offers very prominent
items that serve for special occasions such as wedding gowns and
first communions.
On October 13, 2012 at 20:00 pm the Centro Cultural de la Villa de
Ingenio Federico Garcia Lorca will be decked out to receive a great
collection of highly relevant designers like Cristóbal Vidal, Juan Peñate
and Juan Carlos Armas intertwining with exquisite love a young line
with the beautiful “art” of openwork.
