Código de Ética del estudiante con la Web 2.0 Productos 1. Los alumnos que acceden o utilizan los productos de la Web 2.0, incluyendo pero no limitado a los blogs, wikis ,podcasts, aplicaciones de Google, etc., para tareas escolares deben mantener la información personal fuera de sus publicaciones . 2. Los estudiantes no podrán enviar o dar a conocer fotografías de sí mismos o de otros, su apellido, contraseña, nombre de usuario, dirección de correo electrónico, dirección, nombre de la escuela, ciudad, país u otra información que pueda ayudar a alguien a localizar o contactar con ellos en persona. 3. Los estudiantes no podrán conectarse a la red utilizando la identidad de otro compañero de clase. 4. Los estudiantes que utilizan herramientas Web 2.0 tratarán estas como un espacio áulico. Un discurso que no sea apropiado para la clase, no es tampoco adecuado para aplicar en las herramientas de la Web 2.0. 5. Se espera que los estudiantes traten a los demás y a sus ideas con respeto, también virtualmente. 6. Las tareas asignadas a través de las herramientas de la Web 2.0 son como cualquier otra tarea escolar. 7. Se espera que los estudiantes, en la instancia de completar una tarea, sean conscientes de las consecuencias del plagio. 8. Los Blogs de los estudiantes deben ser un foro para la expresión de mismos. Sin embargo, son, ante todo, una herramienta para el aprendizaje. 9. Los estudiantes no deben usar Internet, tanto en lo que respecta a las tareas escolares como en conexiones privadas, para acosar, discriminar humillar, maltratar a otros, o amenazar la seguridad de los demás. Si los estudiantes reciben un comentario en un blog u otra herramienta Web 2.0 utilizados en la escuela, que les haga sentir incómodos o sea irrespetuoso, deben reportar a un docente, y no deben responder al comentario. 10. Los usuarios de los sistemas informáticos del Colegio St. Hilda 's no accederán intencionalmente a cargar, descargar, almacenar, exhibir, distribuir o publicar cualquier información que: 1. Los alumnos que acceden a las herramientas Web 2.0 desde la escuela utilizando los equipos de la escuela no podrán descargar o instalar ningún software sin permiso, y no podrán abrir anuncios, competiciones o encuestas. 12. Los estudiantes deben ser honestos, justos y seguros al recopilar, interpretar y expresar información de la web en beneficio de los demás. Siempre deben identificar las fuentes y comprobar la exactitud de la información, antes de utilizarla. 13. Los estudiantes tratarán a la información, las fuentes, los temas, sus pares o cualquier otro consumidor de información como merecedores de respeto. Recoger y expresar información no deberá causar daño, poner en peligro o ser perjudicial para cualquier persona o grupo de personas. 14. Los estudiantes son responsables ante sus lectores, oyentes, espectadores y entre sí. Deben admitir sus errores y corregirlos rápidamente. Deben denunciar las prácticas poco éticas de los demás. 15. El incumplimiento de este Código de Ética dará lugar a sanciones académicas y / o acción disciplinaria. Student Code of Ethics with Web 2.0 products 1. Assignments on Web 2.0 tools are like any other assignment in school. Students, in the course of completing an assignment, are expected to be aware of the consequences of plagiarism. Student Blogs are to be a forum for student expression. However, they are first and foremost a tool for learning. Students shall not use the Internet, in connection with the teacher assignments, to harass, discriminate or threaten the safety of others. If students receive a comment on a Blog or other Web 2.0 tool used in school that makes them feel uncomfortable or is not respectful, they must report this to a teacher, and must not respond to the comment. 10. Users of St.Hilda’s school computer systems will not knowingly access, upload, download, store, display, distribute or publish any information that: 1. is illegal or that advocates illegal acts or facilitates unlawful activity; 2. threatens or intimidates any person or suggests violence, hatred or discrimination toward other people; uses inappropriate and/or abusive language or conduct; contains inappropriate religious or political messages; violates or infringes the rights of any other person; is racially, culturally or religiously offensive; encourages the use of controlled substances, participation in an illegal act or uses the system to incite criminal actions; 8. is of a defamatory, abusive, obscene, profane, pornographic or sexually explicit nature; 9. contains personal information , images, or signatures of individuals without their prior informed consent; 10. constitutes messages of harassment or which contains inappropriate romantic overtones; 11. solicits any users on behalf of any business or commercial organization without appropriate authorization; 12. supports bulk mail, junk mail or "spamming"; 13. propagates chain letters, or other e-mail debris; 14. attempts to hide, disguise or misrepresent the identity of the sender. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 11. Students accessing Web 2.0 tools from school using school equipment shall not download or install any software without permission, and not click on ads or competitions. 12. Students should be honest, fair and courageous in gathering, interpreting and expressing information for the benefit of others. They should always identify sources and test the accuracy of information from all sources. 13. Students will treat information, sources, subjects, colleagues and information consumers as worthy of respect. Gathering and expressing information should never cause harm or threaten to be harmful to any person or group of people. 14. Students are accountable to their readers, listeners, viewers and to each other. They should admit mistakes and correct them promptly and expose unethical information and practices of others as regards the use of Web 2.0. 15. Failure to follow this Code of Ethics will result in academic sanctions and/or disciplinary action.
