
Recruitment
We are down to the last month to meet our
quotas for this year. We still need to recruit.
Please ask a fellow parishioner to join and if
you do not have K of C insurance, please
contact Louis Barron, our insurance
representative, for a quote.

KC 14674 Scholarship
The 2012 Knights of Columbus Scholarship
was awarded to Stephen Dominguez Jr.
Stephen is the son of Olivia Dominguez and
Stephen Dominguez Sr. He plans to attend
the University of Texas at Austin to pursue a
Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance with
a Minor in Business Administration.
 Dates to Remember:
June 1st -- First Friday Adoration
June 4th - Business Meeting
June 17th -English First Degree
Thank you to all that attended our May
meeting. Faustino Samudio’s name was
selected for the Door Prize drawing; he was
present and won the $5 door prize. The door
prize for the June meeting will be $5.00. The
meeting begins at 7pm but we will be having
a potluck supper before the meeting at
6:30pm. Please bring your favorite dish to
share with others.

Kitchen Fundraiser
Thank you to those that helped / contributed
to our kitchen on May 6th. We netted
$591.00 from this kitchen. Our next kitchen
is scheduled for July 8th. Attached to this
newsletter is the signup sheet. If you have
not signed up yet, please let GK know how
you can help. Remember setup and food
preparation begins at 6am. All help will be
greatly appreciated.
Election of Officers
Election of Officers for the coming year will
take place at the June meeting. Our
nominating committee members are Thomas
Martinez, Faustino Samudio and Rene
Arellano. Please let them know if you wish
to be considered for an officer position or if
you want to continue in your current
position of you are already an officer. All
Officer positions and one Trustee position
are available.

2012 Dues
Dues for 2012 are now due. Thank you to
those that have already paid. If you haven’t
paid yet, please pay at the June meeting.

Council/Family Outing
Our Council /Family outing is scheduled for
Tuesday, June 5th. It is a Round Rock
Express baseball game at the Dell Diamond.
If you did not RSVP and would still like to
attend, you may purchase the tickets for you
and your family and the Council will
reimburse you.

Beca De Los Caballeros de Colon
La beca de caballeros de Colón de 2012 fue
presentado a Stephen Dominguez Jr.
Stephen es hijo de Olivia Dominguez y
Stephen Dominguez Sr, planea asistir a la
Universidad de Texas en Austin para
perseguir un grado de licenciatura de Bellas
Artes en danza con una menor en
administración de empresas.

Elecciones
Elección de la mesa para el próximo año
llevará a cabo en la reunión de junio.
Nuestros designación los miembros del
Comité son Thomas Martínez, Faustino
Samudio y Rene Arellano. Por favor,
hágales saber si desea ser considerado para
un puesto de oficial o si desea continuar en
su posición actual de ustedes ya son un
oficial. Todos puestos de oficial y una
posición de confianza están disponibles.

Salida de Consejo/familia
Salida nuestro Consejo /Family está prevista
para el martes 5 de junio. Es un juego de
béisbol Round Rock Express en el diamante
de Dell. Si no RSVP y le gustaría asistir,
pueden comprar las entradas para usted y su
familia y el Consejo le reembolsará.
Junio 1 -- Adoracion al Sanctisimo
Junio 4 - Reunión mensualmente
Junio 17 - Primer Grado
Gracias a todos los que asistieron a la
reunión de Mayo. Faustino Samudio fue
seleccionado para el Premio de la puerta; el
estuvo presente y gano los $5. El premio
para la reunión de Junio será de $5.00. La
reunión comienza a las 7 de la tarde, pero
celebraremos una cena antes de la reunión a
las 6:30. Por favor traiga su plato favorito
para compartir con los demás.



Recaudador De Fondos (Desayuno)
Gracias a aquellos que ayudaron y
contribuyeron a nuestra cocina el 6 de mayo.
Nos presentarán compensándolos $591.00
de esta cocina. Nuestra cocina próxima está
prevista para el 8 de julio. Adjunto a este
boletín es la hoja de registro. Si usted no ha
firmado todavía, por favor dejar GK saber
cómo puede ayudar. Recuerde la
preparación de alimentos y la instalación
comienza a las 6 am. Toda ayuda será muy
apreciada.
