PASSAGE CONTRACT
Buying a ticket implies entering into an agreement under the terms and conditions of
Transportes Maritimos Geo Australis S.A. (here and after “the company”) for passenger
transportation.
CONTRATO DEL PASAJE
La aceptación de su pasaje implica un acuerdo de los términos y condiciones de Transportes
Marítimos Geo Australis S.A. (en adelante “la compañía”) para el transporte de pasajeros.
RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
A deposit of $US 300 per passenger is required to guarantee a tentative reservation. The
final payment must be received by “the company” 60 days before the departure of the
cruise.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The following penalties will apply in case of cancellation as soon as “the company” receive
written notice.

CHILDREN POLICY
Infants between 0 and 3 years old have a 100% discount, sharing the bed with their parents.
Children between 4 and 12 years old have a 50% discount, sharing a cabin with an adult.
RESERVAS, DEPÓSITOS Y PAGOS
Se requiere de un depósito de US$ 300 por persona para garantizar una reserva tentativa.
El pago final del saldo debe ser recibido por “la compañía” 60 días antes del zarpe.
POLÍTICAS DE CANCELACIÓN
Se aplicaran las siguientes multas en caso de cancelación de reserva tan pronto “la
compañía” reciba notificación de esta por escrito:

RATES & DEPARTURES
“The company” reserves the right to modify the cruise rates and departure dates published
in this brochure, without prior notice.
The arrival time is estimated, the vessel may be delayed, without any responsibility for the
Company due to climate conditions.

“La compañía” se reserva el derecho de modificar las tarifas y fechas de salidas publicadas
en el folleto, sin previo aviso.
La hora de arribo es aproximada, la nave puede retrasarse, sin responsabilidad para la
Compañía por motivos climáticos.
CRUISE CONDITIONS
Rates include accommodation, sea transportation, all meals, open bar when on duty (without
additional cost for wines, beverages, and liquors), shore excursions, and onboard
entertainment. Optional tours and transportation are not included in the cruise rate. Rate does
not include port tax, migration fee, and national park fee.The cost per person is the following:
