Características estándares como el variador de frecuencia en toda la

aprovechamiento energético y reducción del tiempo de secado, tales como
el sistema de secado inteligente.

the drying process. Our principles of constant innovation in the development
and investment in the manufacturing process result in important technical

With an attractive and completely renovated design, we have achieved a
perfect balance of practicality for the user and easy maintenance.
Standard features like the frequency inverter in all range allows a very
efficient control of the machine and reverse drum action is standard in all
models. At the same time we have added many accessories and features
intended to achieve a better use of energy and reduce the drying times,
such as the new system of intelligent dry.

Données standard comme le variateur de fréquence dans tout la gamme

Una clean room o sala blanca es un entorno con un nivel muy bajo de
sustancias contaminantes como polvo, microbios, partículas aerosoles
y vapores químicos. La clean room tiene un nivel controlado de
contaminación, y su uso es básicamente para plantas de biotecnología,
farmacia, laboratorios, etc. Las clean rooms consiguen mantener el
aire libre de partículas mediante el uso de un filtro HEPA que utiliza
principios de flujo de aire laminar.
Las secadoras clean room son una gama muy específica, diseñada
para aplicaciones donde se requiere una máxima higiene y ambiente
impoluto, por ejemplo para plantas farmacéuticas, laboratorios,
industria de alta tecnología y de la alimentación, etc.
La gama de secadoras digitales versión Clean Room está disponible
de 11 a 80kg: modelos DTP-11 a DTP-80, y en las tres calefacciones:
eléctrica, gas y vapor.
Mediante el filtro HEPA 13 (opcional HEPA 14) y un pre-filtro, el aire
que entra en el secador es purificado antes de ser calentado y entrar
en el tambor.
A cleanroom is an environment that has a low level of environmental
pollutants such as dust, airborne microbes, aerosol particles and
chemical vapors. A cleanroom has a controlled level of contamination
and is used in manufacturing, biotechnology, the life sciences and
other fields that are very sensitive to environmental contamination.
Cleanrooms maintain particulate-free air through the use of HEPA
filters (High-efficiency particulate absorption), employing laminar air
flow principles.
The clean room tumble dryers are a specific range of equipment
designed for applications in which maximum hygiene and a dust-free
environment are important such as pharmaceutical plants, virology
laboratories, high-tech industries and food-processing industries.
GAMA - RANGE - GAMME
CLEAN ROOM
Une salle Cleanroom est une salle avec environnement qui a un
niveau de particules (poussière, bactéries, fungus, germs, particules
d’aérosols, particules de vapeurs chimiques).
Parfaitement maitrisé en quantité au décimètre cube. Pour être
certifiée GMP (good manufacturing practice) Une salle blanche a
donc un niveau contrôlé de particules par dm3. Les salles blanches
sont nécessaires lors de la fabrication de composants électroniques,
l’industrie pharmaceutique et cosmétique, la biotechnologie, les
sciences de la vie et d’autres domaines qui sont très concernés par la
contamination ou la cross contamination.
Une salle « Cleanroom » maitrise parfaitement le nombre de
particules au dm3, grâce en autre à l’utilisation de filtres HEPA
(absorption de particules à haute efficacité) employant des principes
de flux d’air laminaire.
Les sèche-linge versión Cleanroom sont une gamme spécifique
d’équipements conçus pour les applications dans lesquelles on doit
maitriser le nombre de particules, telles que les usines pharmaceutiques,
les laboratoires de virologie , les industries de haute technologie et les
industries agro-alimentaires.
Nous offrons une gamme complète de sèche-linge version Cleanroom
de 11 à 80 kg (modèles DTP-11 à DTP-80) et dans trois types de
chauffage : électrique, gaz et vapeur.
A l’aide d’ un filtre HEPA 13 ou autres ou éventuellement UPA et
d’un pré-filtre, l’ air entrant dans le séchoir est purifié avant d’entrer
dans la batterie de chauffage et le tambour. Les matériaux utilisés
(en général S/S 316L) en contact avec le linge sont traités (type
électro-polissage) a fin que les particules ne s’accrochent pas dans les
interstices ou micro cracks
We are offering a complete range of tumble dryers in a Clean Room
versión, from 11 to 80kg, (models DTP-11 to DTP-80) and in three
heating types: electric, gas and steam.
By means of a HEPA 13 filter and a pre-filter, the air coming into the
dryer is purified before getting into the heating battery and the drum.
