LNI POLÍTICA DE MATRÍCULA, REEMBOLSO Y PROCESO PARA DARSE DE BAJA UNA VEZ REALIZADO EL
PAGO
AVISO IMPORTANTE ANTES DE EFECTUAR EL PAGO
Antes de emitir el pago lea la política de reembolso y situación de darse de baja que se describe en esta
página. Una vez efectuado el pago se entiende que usted ha leído detenidamente y ha aceptado la
política de LNI.

La Política LNI aplicable para la Matrícula del Curso, Seminario, Módulo u otra actividad educativa es la
siguiente:
1.El estudiante quedará matriculado con el pago realizado a Luis Nieves Institute. Se aceptará el pago
realizado por tercero pero deberá establecerse bien claro el nombre y apellidos para quien el pago es
realizado. Una vez identificado el estudiante para quien le fue pagada la sesión educativa le aplicará la
política LNI como si el estudiante hubiera realizado el pago por él mismo.
2.En ningún momento se aceptarán pagos por el personal de LNI o profesor en el salón de clase,
conference room o auditorio.
3.El estudiante deberá haber efectuado el pago previamente para estar autorizado a entrar a el salón de
clase, conference room o auditorio. El primer día de clase deberá mostrar evidencia a el personal LNI o
Profesor de la sesión educativa del pago realizado .
4.El pago NO es reembolsable una vez comenzada la sesión educativa matriculada en LNI y Online LNI.
5.Podrá ser reembolsable a) el cien por ciento (100) % del pago con una notificacion por escrito a LNI,
deberá completarse y ser recibida con TRES(3) días laborables antes o previo a el comienzo del Curso,
Seminario u otro servicio educativo matriculado. b) el cincuenta por ciento (50) % dentro de los tres días
laborables antes o previo a el comienzo de la sesión del curso, seminario u otro servicio educativo. El dia
de comienzo de la sesión educativa no cuenta para el cómputo.
6. En caso de proceder el reembolso de lo pagado, toda Devolución del Reembolso tiene un costo de
$75.00 por los trámites administrativos.
7.De haberse establecido una fecha de inicio para la sesión educativa y ésta haya sido movida o
postergada a una fecha posterior , una vez consultado y aceptado dicho cambio por el estudiante, en
este caso NO procede el reembolso. Sólo procede el reembolso si el estudiante consultado no está de
acuerdo con el cambio de la fecha de la sesión previamente establecida, desde el día consultado y no
aceptado el cambio por el estudiante éste tendrá veinticuatro (24) horas para solicitar la devolución del
cien porciento (100) % del pago efectuado según la forma antes descrita en el párrafo 2.
8.De Usted darse de baja una vez comenzado el curso tendrá un(1) año desde la fecha del comienzo del
curso, seminario, repaso o módulo para terminarlo.
9.Pasado el plazo de un (1) año tendrá que pagar de nuevo el costo del curso, seminario,repaso o
módulo. Usted retendrá el material dado en clase y no tendrá derecho a nuevos materiales una vez
reanudado el curso, seminario,repaso o módulo dentro del año.
10.Iniciaremos el proceso de reembolso dentro de las setenta y dos (72)horas desde la fecha que LNI
reciba la solicitud escrita.

LNI REGISTRATION POLICY, REIMBURSEMENT AND PROCESS TO UNROLL ONCE PAID
IMPORTANT NOTICE BEFORE THE PAYMENT

LNI.

The LNI policy applicable to the registration of the course, seminar, module, or other educational activity
is as follows:
1. The student will be enrolled with the payment made to Luis Nieves Institute. The payment made by
third party will be accepted but must be well clear the name and surname for who the payment is made.
Once identified the student for whom he was paid the educational session will apply the LNI policy as if
the student would have made the payment by himself.
2 Any time accept payments by the staff of LNI or teacher in the classroom, conference room or
Auditorium.
3. Student must have made the payment previously to be authorized to enter the classroom, conference
room or Auditorium. The first day of class must show evidence the LNI staff Professor of the educational
session of payment made.
4. Payment is non-refundable once started the educational session registered in LNI and Online courses
or seminars.
5 May be refundable to) one hundred percent (100) per cent of the payment with a notification in
writing to LNI, must be complete and be greeted with three (3) working days before or prior to the start
of the course, seminar or other registered educational service. (b) fifty percent (50) % within three
working days before or prior to the beginning of the session of the course, seminar or other educational
service. The day of commencement of the educational session does not have to the computer.
6. In the case of proceeding the reimbursement of the paid, any refund of reimbursement is a cost of
$75.00 administrative formalities.
7.Set a date for the educational session and it has been moved or postponed to a later date, once
consulted and accepted the change by the student, in this case not applicable refund. Only applicable
refund if the queried student does not agree with the change of the date of the session previously
established, from the consultation day and failed to change the student it will have twenty-four (24)
hours to request the return of the one hundred percent (100) per cent of the payment according to as
previously described in paragraph 2.
8.De you to unsubscribe once started the course will have one (1) year from the date of the beginning of
the course, seminar, review or module to finish it.
9.Past within one (1) year will have to pay back the cost of the course, seminar, review, or module. You
will retain the material given in class and is not entitled to new materials once resumed the course,
seminar, review or module within the year.
10.We will begin the process of reimbursement within seventy-two (72) hours from the date LNI
receives the written request.
