Arriba!® Chile Con Queso (Salsa Cheese Dip)

Arriba! ® Chile Con Queso (Salsa Cheese Dip)
16 oz Pasteurized Processed Cheese
8 oz Arriba! Medium Red Salsa
Chop cheese into 1 inch squares, add salsa, microwave for two minutes and stir well.
Continue this process never exceeding two minutes in the microwave. Continue until
mixture is creamy smooth. A little milk may be added to make creamier. Serve warm
with Arriba! Party Chips.
