La identidad en acción
La cultura como factor discursivo de exclusión y de lucha

Resumen: La proliferación de espacios abstractos como los cibernéticos, el flujo de capitales y verdades,
el aumento de las interrelaciones y los mestizages protagonizan el desvanecimiento creciente de las viejas
ilusiones de pureza cultural y abocan a la búsqueda obsesiva de autenticidades identitarias que, ajenas al
mundo, no pueden ser más que puramente teóricas y encontrar su confirmación sólo en el dogmatismo
ideológico o en las efusiones sentimentales.
En casos extremos, sólo la violencia fanática podrá restablecer esa unidad nunca conocida, pero que se
puede sentir como perdida o enajenada. Frente al desorden y la fragilidad de lo real, sólo queda ya la
estabilidad inmutable de las identidades más feroces, un orden atroz que se alimenta de sus propios
frenesís y que será más severo cuanto más se empeñe la experiencia en desmentirlo y que no dudará en
aplastar, en cuanto sea preciso, aquello o aquellos que se atrevan a recordarle que sólo puede existir como
sueño para unos y pesadilla para otros.

Culture as a discursive factor of exclusion and fight.
Abstract: The spread of abstract spaces as the cybernetic ones, the capital flow and truth flow, the increase of interrelationships and mixed races are involved in the increasing blurring of the old hopes of
cultural purity and address to the obsessive search of identitary authenticities which, oblivious to the
world, can not be more than purely theoretical and find their confirmation only in the ideological dogmatism or in the sentimental effusiveness.
In extreme situations, only the fanatical violence could restore that unity never known, but that can be felt
as lost or insane. Against the disorder and the fragility of the real, it only remains the unchanging stability
of the most ferocious identities, an awful order which lives on its own frenzies and which would be more
severe the more strives experience to deny it, and which would not doubt in crushing, as it might be necessary, that or those who dare to remember it that it can only exist as a dream for ones and as a nightmare
for anothers.
