Presentación
Después de nuestra primera experiencia
en Estepona con motivo de la celebración del
primer campeonato Soccerlawyers,
donde
todos los que acudimos tenemos un maravillosos
recuerdo por el trato de sus gentes y por lo bien
que lo pasamos cumpliendo el doble objetivo
que nos impulsa a seguir dos años más tarde en
nuestra aventura: fútbol y ocio o viceversa . Con
ese cóctel y con más ilusión si cabe presentamos
este segundo campeonato mundial de fútbol
para abogados a celebrar en Maspalomas al sur
de Gran Canaria, lugar emblemático por sus
playas, lugares de ocio y una infraestructura para
el desarrollo del fútbol de primer orden, lugar
donde se concentran en la época invernal grandes
equipos profesionales del norte de Europa como
Brondby , Bayer Leverkusen, PSV Eindhoven,
etc, y que muchos de ellos ya se han encontrado
entre los participantes de los encuentros de los
torneos internacionales que desde hace muchos
años se disputan en esta localidad.
Así podremos descubrir sus famosas dunas,
sus playas, su gastronomía y sus costumbres
tradicionales que hacen de las Islas Canarias
un destino, durante cualquier época del año,
frecuentado por turistas de todo el mundo.
Hemos elegido tres hoteles que acogerán
a todas las Delegaciones de Colegios de
Abogados que participen en este evento,
ubicados en la zona costera de máxima
calidad con todos los servicios imaginables
para hacer mucho más confortable la
estancia. El Hotel Gloria Palace **** es un
especialista a la hora de hospedar a grupos
deportivos por su zona de talasoterapia
única en Canarias y donde se pueden
recuperar con sus tratamientos las posibles
lesiones que sobrevengan en la disputa del
campeonato. Recientemente se hospedó el
jugador Metzelder antes de su presentación
por el Real Madrid, donde estuvo tratando
su lesión. Los equipos profesionales que
hibernan Canarias se suelen hospedar en

Igual que el anterior en la zona de San
Agustín se encuentra el Hotel Meliá Tamarindos

Gracias a las autoridades locales y al
Club de futbol Maspalomas el campeonato
se desarrollará en los campos de la ciudad
deportiva todos ubicados en una zona acotada
a 2 kilómetros de los 3 hoteles lo que supone
un desplazamiento de 5 minutos a los campos,
lo que permitirá el mejor aprovechamiento del
tiempo para hacer turismo y/o descansar.
También se preveé un partido contra el
equipo de veteranos de la U.D. Las Palmas al
mando de su actual entrenador, Juanito exjugador del Atlético de Madrid entre otros.
Habrá sorpresas agradables en forma de
participaciones de grandes jugadores del futbol
actual en la entrega de trofeos y demás actos
que se puedan celebrar de forma paralela y en
concreto de jugadores de la tierra como Silva
actual jugador del Valencia C.F., internacional
con España, Valerón jugador internacional
igualmente del Deportivo de La Coruña o
Angel internacional del Celta C.F.
El torneo comenzará el lunes día 16 de junio
de 2.008, por la tarde con la celebración de la
primera jornada, finalizando el sábado día 21
de junio con la cena y entrega de trofeos en la
terraza del Hotel Gloria Palace. Se preveé la
participación de un mínimo de 16 equipos y
un máximo de 32.

y hasta su finalización.

Formación de Equipos /Settelment Teams
Los jugadores deberán ser abogados (ejercientes
o no ejercientes) pertenecientes a cualquier
Colegio de Abogados del mundo, y al menos
tener 35 años cumplidos durante el año 2.008.
Se exceptúan un máximo de 6 jugadores por
equipo que pueden en la citada fecha haber
cumplido o cumplir al menos 30 años de edad.
Igualmente y con el fin de facilitar la formación
de más equipos además se permitirá la inclusión
de 2 jugadores entre 25 y 30 años.
The players will have to be attorneys (in exercise or
not ) belonging to any Bar association of the world,
and at least to be 35 years old fulfilled during the year
2.008. There is exempted a maximum of 6 players

Asimismo se autoriza a cada equipo a presentar
dos jugadores no abogados que cumpliendo
con los requisitos de la edad antes expuestos
pertenezcan al ámbito jurídico o judicial dentro
del ámbito del colegio que los presenta. Deberán
enviar dentro del plazo máximo otorgado (45
días antes del comienzo del campeonato) la
correspondiente solicitud por correo electrónico
dentro de la web www.soccerlawyers.com
indicando el cargo o la cualidad profesional
del jugador en cuestión. Estos 2 jugadores
imperativamente serán mayores de 35 años.

Competición/Competition
La competición entre los equipos se establecerá
en una primera fase en la que se formarán grupos
de 3 ó 4 equipos en función de los equipos
finalmente participantes. De esta primera fase
se clasificarán equipos que disputarán la fase
por el título y el resto que disputarán la fase de
consolación. Todos los equipos disputarán con
toda seguridad, un mínimo de 5 y un máximo
de 6 partidos en los 6 días de competición.
The competition between the teams will be
stablished a first phase with goups of three or four
teams in order of the participating teams. From this
phase teams will be clalssified to play the final title
and the rest of the teams will play a console phase.
All the teams will play a minimum of five matches
and a maximum of six matches in the six days of
competition.
Los tiempos de todos los partidos serán de 30
minutos por tiempo para un total de 60 minutos
por partido con un descanso de 5 minutos,
todos los encuentros tanto los de primera como
los de las fases finales, a excepción de la final
que se disputará en dos tiempos de 40 minutos.
En las eliminatorias directas no existirá prórroga
para definir el equipo clasificado, lanzándose
tandas de 5 penalties. La final se disputará en
el estadio municipal. Los partidos a excepción
de los disputados en jornada final se disputarán
por la tarde para dejar suficiente tiempo libre a
los equipos para hacer turismo.
The times of all the matches will be 30 minutes per
time for a whole of 60 minutes for party(game) with
a rest of 5 minutes, all the meetings so much them of

Los campos /The pitches
SEGUROS
Los partidos se disputarán en 3 campos cercanos
a los hoteles ubicados en la Ciudad Deportiva
del Club Maspalomas. Los 3 campos son de
hierba artificial y se encuentran en magníficas
condiciones. El campo municipal donde se
disputará la gran final, es de hierba natural.
El traslado en vehículo a los campos desde
cualquiera de los 3 hoteles supone 5 minutos.
The matches will be disputed in 3 fields near to
the hotels located in the Sports City of the Club
Maspalomas. 3 fields are of artificial grass and are
in magnificent conditions. The municipal field where
the great final will be disputed, is of natural grass.
The movement in vehicle to the fields from any of 3
hotels supposes 5 minutes.
La organización es ajena a cualquier percance
que sufran tanto los jugadores, como
acompañantes, antes durante y después de los
partidos, así como de la estancia durante los días
de duración de este acontecimiento por cualquier
percance de tipo personal. La organización
pone a disposición del que quiera contratar un
seguro médico de hospitalización y repatriación
a través de la web www.soccerlawyers.com. En
la web de Soccerlawyers se puede conocer el
importe y las garantías que se contratan en este
seguro. Soccerlawyers únicamente, sí atenderá
la hospitalización de jugadores durante la
celebración del campeonato, por lesiones
sufridas en la competición, de forma limitada
por un seguro contratado con la aseguradora
que figure en la web. La repatriación, en caso
necesario, será de la entera responsabilidad
de la persona afectada, pudiendo repetimos
cubrir esta contingencia con la opción de
aseguramiento que facilitamos o bien con un
aseguramiento con otra entidad.
INSURANCES
TheOrganizationiscompletelyunawareofanymisfortune

celebration of the championship, for injuries suffer during
this competition from a limited way by an insurance

web. The repatriation, in case that it will be necessary
it will be totally responsibility of the affected person, we
can cover this contingent with the option that we offer
with the ensurance company or with another ensurance
company.
Trofeos / Trophies
Habrá trofeos para todos los equipos
participantes así como medallas para los
jugadores de los 3 primeros equipos en la
competición, así como trofeos para el mejor
jugador, el máximo goleador, el portero menos
goleado, el equipo más deportivo, el mejor
defensa y el mejor centrocampista.
There will be trophies for all the participants teams
and medals for the 3 first teams. There Hill be also
trophies for the best player, the best scorer, the best
goalkeeper, the most fair play team, the best defence
player and the best middle field player.
CONDICIONES Y DERECHOS
DE INSCRIPCIÓN

Los derechos de inscripción por equipo suponen
un costo de 3.500 euros/equipo.
Cada equipo puede tener un mínimo de 14
jugadores y un máximo de 25.

La gestión del alojamiento con los hoteles es de
Soccerlawyers. Debido a los contratos que se
han suscrito con los hoteles, todos los equipos
deben imperativamente alojarse en los mismos
y no en cualquier otro, motivo fundamental por
el que se ha negociado una tarifa competitiva
en función del número de participantes. Ningún
equipo puede excepcionar a esta regla.
The management of the housing with the hotels is of
Soccerlawyers. Due to the contracts that they have
signed with the hotels, all the teams have to lodge
imperatively at the same ones and not at any other
one, fundamental motive by which a competitive
tariff has been negotiated depending on the number
of participants. Any team can except to this rule.
El precio por persona durante seis noches
incluyendo cena y espectáculo del miércoles
18 de junio y cena-cocktail en la entrega de
trofeos del sábado día 21 en los hoteles de
la organización incluyendo un vehículo de
alquiler cada 4 personas con seguro a todo
riesgo será el siguiente:

En el Hotel Gloria Palace**** será de 455 euros
incluyendo media pensión. El costo por noche
adicional es de 60 euros.

Los precios de acompañantes serían los
mismos, y respecto a los niños solicitar tarifas
a Soccerlawyers.

Transporte / Transportation
4. PLAZOS PARA LOS DERECHOS
DE INSCRIPCIÓN Y GASTOS DE
ALOJAMIENTO
Se establecen los siguientes plazos para la
inscripción y gastos de alojamiento.
Antes del 1 de diciembre de 2.007:
2.000 euros en concepto de reserva de plaza y
25% de los gastos de alojamiento del equipo.
Antes del 15 de marzo de 2.008:
40% de los gastos de alojamiento del equipo.
Antes del 1 de mayo de 2.008:
25% de los gastos de alojamento del equipo.
3. TRANSPORTE
Los equipos una vez trasladados a sus respectivos
hoteles recibirán detallada información turística,
les será entregado un vehículo por cada 4 personas,
que le servirá como medio de locomoción, que
le servirá durante los días de estancia y para
los traslados a los campos según planos que se
entregaran junto a la documentación del vehículo.
Los vehículos se entregarán en el hotel según las
condiciones de los contratos una vez finalizado el
campeonato y antes de la partida de los equipos
conforme a las indicaciones que se cursen a los
conductores de los mismos.
3. TRANSPORTATION
The teams once moved to his respective hotels will

documentation of the vehicle. The vehicles will deliver

Inscripción / Enrolament Fees
4. SETTLEMENT OF ENROLAMENT FEES
AND ACCOMODATION FEES.
We stablish the following scheludes for enrolament
an accomodation fees
Before the 1st december 2007:
2.000 euros in concept of reservation and 25% of
the accomodation fees for team
Before the 15th March 2008:
40% of the accomodation fees by team.
Before the 1st May 2008:

The day of arrival of the Delegation and before the
celebration of the first day on June 16 in the office

5 DOCUMENTACION
Los responsables de los equipos deberán rellenar
los formularios que se encuentran en el apartado
de “inscripción on line, cumplimentando los
datos de los jugadores y de acompañantes si los
hubiere, así como su distribución por habitaciones.
Esta información se deberá remitir con 30 días
de antelación al inicio del campeonato, a la
organización por fax (0034-918595271) o a
través de la web (www.soccerlawyers.com). A la
llegada de los equipos se aportarán fotocopias
de los documentos de identidad de jugadores
y acompañantes así como un certificado con la
relación de los jugadores del Colegio de Abogados
correspondiente firmado por el decano de
pertenencia de todos los relacionados al Colegio
correspondiente. Los jugadores no abogados
aportarán certificado de su trabajo actual.
5. DOCUMENTATION
The persons in charge of the teams will have to refill the
forms that they find in the paragraph of “ inscription on

association signed by the dean of belonging of all related to
the corresponding College. The players not attorneys will

6. ANULACIONES
Las condiciones de anulación son las siguientes:
a) Anulación antes del 15 de enero de 2008.
Restitución del 50% de los 2.000 euros
pagados por los derechos de inscripción y 20%
del anticipo correspondiente al alojamiento.
b) Anulación entre el 1 de enero de 2008 y 1 de
abril de 2008.
Retención de los 2.000 euros pagados de los
derechos de inscripción y del 25% del anticipo
del alojamiento del equipo..
c) Anulación entre el 1 de abril y el 15 de Mayo
de 2008.
Retención de 2.000 euros de los derechos
de inscripción y del 75% del alojamiento del
equipo.
d) Anulación posterior al 15 de Mayo de 2008.
No se puede a partir de dicha fecha lograr
restitución de cantidad alguna tanto de lo
pagado por los derechos de inscripción como
del alojamiento del equipo, por lo que de
todos los conceptos incluyendo el alquiler de
vehículos si fuera el caso se retendría todo lo
abonado hasta ese momento.
6. CANCELATIONS
The cancelation conditions are the following:
a) Cancelation before the 15th January 2008
We will give back the 50% of the 2,000 euros paid by
inscription reserves and the 20% that correspond to the
accommodation.
b) Cancelation between the 1st January 2008 and 1st
April 2008.
We will keep the 2,000 euros paid as inscription reserves
and the 25% paid as advance of the accommodation.
c) Cancelation between the 1st April and the 15th May
2008
We will keep the 2,000 euros paid as inscription reserves
and the 75% of the accomodation of the team.
d) Cancelations after the 15th of May 2008.
After that date we can´t keep giving back any amount
of the payments made as inscription reserves or the
team accommodation by all the concepts including the
car renting and if it will be necessary we will keep all the
amounts paid until that moment.
7. ATRIBUCIÓN DE COMPETENCIAS
7. COMPETENCY
La competencia de cualquier conflicto surgido por este
contrato entre las partes (organización y jugadores y equipos participantes) se resolverá por los Tribunales de la ciudad de Madrid (España).
The scope of any problem emerge from this document between the
parts (organization , players, and teams) it will solved by Madrid
Courts ( Spain)
