building is a locked rent/
paperwork drop off box.
You can put your rent or
any paperwork in the
box. Please make sure
that you put all rent
checks/paperwork in an
envelope.
St. Monica’s will be providing a monthly prayer service, followed by a small
luncheon for all who attend.
A signup sheet will be in the 22 Mystic Community hall for anyone interested.
Please signup in advance, so they can bring enough food.
If you forget to sign up, please come the day of!

Residents are invited to go and have a cup
of coffee at the coffee café which is located
at the front entrance of the building.

Health Clinic
Jan Giles, RN is available in the community room on the 4th
Wednesday of each month from 1:00 –2:00 pm.
You can have your blood pressure, weight checked as well as a review of your medications. You can arrange to have the nurse administer the B-12 shot as well.

24 Hour on call Access
As part of the program, all residents have 24-hour access to an on-site attendant in the event that you have
a non-life threatening emergency. To reach the attendant call 1-978-618-8245. If you need to, leave a message, your name, apartment and telephone number and they will quickly respond.
Lunch/Dinner Program
Enclosed is the lunch menu for the current month. If you are interested in having lunch, you must sign up two days
in advance before noontime.
The sign up sheet is located in the Resident Community Building at 22 Mystic Street.
Lunch is served at 11:30 am
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
A voluntary donation of $2.00 per day is appreciated. If your birthday falls within the current month, you can come to
the Resident Community Room and celebrate with a free lunch and cake on the third Thursday of the month!
BROWN BAG- FIRST TUESDAY OF EVERY MONTH
TUESDAY NOVEMBER 1
Please pick up by 12:00 or let Geannina know if you need to make arrangements for someone to pick up for
you or if you will be picking up at a later time. Also let us know if you will not pick up a bag this Brown Bag
Day. BAGS NOT PICKED UP BY NOON WILL BE GIVEN TO PEOPLE ON WAITING LIST

Methuen Police Department will be here to discuss safety in your apartment
and in your community. Please attend this important discussion.
Coffee and refreshments will be served.
The Methuen Tenant Association is currently collecting Non-perishable
foods. They are planning to donate at least 3-4 baskets to give to local veterans. They are still looking for bags of stuffing, cans of pumpkin or squash,
bags of mixed nuts, small jars of pickles, and bags of mixed candies.
Final Day to donate is Friday, November 18, 2016.
St. Ann’s Orphanage
The Methuen Tenant Association will donating to St. Ann’s Orphanage this
Christmas Season. If you would like to donate towards the “Christmas Donation,” the collection jar will be in the 22 Mystic Community room during
bingo and while the weekly meal program is serving lunch.
Please help give these children a Joyous Christmas!
