We would like to invite you to Year 1’s PYP Fair on Tuesday 3 June 8:15 – 9:15am!
The title of our Fair is Back to the Future: How have things changed over time?
As part of our Unit of Inquiry ‘Where we are in place and time’, we have been investigating how
things have changed over the years.
During the Fair you and your children will become time travellers! You will travel both back to the
past and forward to the future. You will experiment with different toys and games from the past and
the future, and investigate how they have changed.
We will be using tablets and iPads during the Fair. If you have a tablet or iPad please bring it to
school on Tuesday morning.
Before Tuesday, please install 3 free Apps:
 TinyTap
 Sock Puppets
 Yapp – We have created an App to share photos, videos and comments from the Fair. If
you have a laptop, smartphone, iPad or tablet you can participate with your children. Go
to http://my.yapp.us/VX9GGA Please find attached further instructions on how to use this
App.

Nos gustaría invitarlos a la Feria del PYP de primer grado que tendrá lugar el Martes 3 de Junio
de 8:15 a 9:15.
El título de nuestra feria es Volver al futuro: ¿Cómo han cambiado las cosas a través del
tiempo?
Como parte de nuestra Unidad de Investigación “Donde estamos en tiempo y espacio”, hemos
estado investigando cómo las cosas han ido cambiando a lo largo del tiempo.
¡Durante la Feria ustedes con sus hijos van a convertirse en viajeros del tiempo! Y lo harán tanto al
pasado como al futuro: Van a experimentar con diferentes juguetes y juegos del pasado y del futuro
y van a investigar cómo han ido cambiando.
Estaremos usando las tablets y los iPads durante la Feria. Si ustedes tienen una Tablet o un iPad,
les pediríamos que la acerquen el Martes a la mañana al colegio.
