We understand that the above information will be verified.
A person who knowingly falsifies information on a form
required for a student's enrollment in the District, shall be
liable to the District if the student is not eligible for
enrollment, but is enrolled on the basis of false information.
This is a CRIMINAL OFFENSE under PENAL CODE 37.10.
For the period during which the ineligible student is
enrolled, the person is liable for the maximum tuition fee the
District may charge {see FDA(LEGAL)} or the amount the
District has budgeted per student as maintenance and
operating expenses, whichever is greater. EDUCATION
CODE 25.001 (h).
Entendemos que la informacion sera verificada. Una
persona que deliberadamente falsifique informacion en una
forma requerida para matriculacion en el Distrito sera
responsable ante el Distrito, si el estudiante no es antes
elegible para matricularse, pero es bajo informacion falsa.

37.10. Durante el periodo en el cual el estudiante inelegible
es matriculado, la persona es responsable por la colegiatura
maxima que el Distrito puede cobrar o la cantidad que el
Distrito a presupuestado para mantenimiento y gastos
